I've just dining here with my family! A new spot Asia restaurant concept in Boise! Objectively, we have another option when going out with family or friends and this is a Korean flavor restaurant! And there are my experiences in here i would like to share with you guys. Decor & Atmosphere : open and airy space, I like the ceiling and ceiling lights made of wood, simple but modern. Especially the grill system is installed on each dining table, and I think this is a unique feature of this restaurant. It's not strange to many people because many countries in Asia and big cities in the US already have a restaurant model like this, but in Boise is the first! And this is a (+ point) for this place. Flavors : There are so many dishes and many choices on the menu that if you haven't eaten Korean food, you will feel awkward because you don't know what to order. I ordered Grill Cheese Corn for my son, a Hot Pot and another one i fogot the name! In general, when I tried the 3 dishes I ordered, I found the taste to be only acceptable, not too excellent! Hot pot is not really rich flavor! A suggestion for owner ; Americans mostly like sweet and salty foods. Therefore, you should understand how to taste to make the dish taste better! Services: Very good 👍! The waitresses was very help us and show us how to eat Korea food! They were often asked us! Very take care of us! We appreciated that! Policy: I felt unhappy about this policy! I bought 1 bottle of rice wine and only drink 1/3 of the bottle, but the restaurant did not allow me to take the rest home. It is not true! Prices: I saw lots of reviews from other people who review your restaurant and they almost complain about the price. Indeed the price is somewhat high. I ordered a hotpot with $40, but after I finished eating it, it didn't match it! You guys should edit the price a little bit, the number of customers will be much better! That's all my experience of...
Read moreWe ordered an appetizer and a the "Option 1" meal which includes Rib Eye, some other cut-up steak that looked like stew meat, and Pork Belly. This meal option also includes a desert choice. For the price (total bill almost $100), we assumed it would be enough for us to share, family style. Not! It was about 4 oz of each meat, and brought to the table frozen. Each table has a built in cooker and I think the idea is that the server cooks the meat at your table. The server left all the cooking tools and a pile of frozen meat. She tossed a couple pieces on the cooker and left to take care of other tables. The meat started to burn, so I took over and cooked the rest of the pile frozen meat and served my husband and myself. We had almost finished eating when she came back and made a show of serving the last 2 pieces that were still cooking. Meanwhile, we still hadn't received our appetizer of Tempura Veggies. We had asked several times throughout the meal, but nothing came. We finished eating the scraps of meat and she came by with the check. I reminded her that we were still waiting on the Tempura and we hadn't received our desert. She said, "5 more minutes". Eventually, she brought our appetizer and desert. The Tempura was underdone, veggies were still hard and not cooked. We wanted a nice evening out, but instead we paid $100 for me to have to cook our dinner, using less than $15 worth of meat. So we went up to the front to pay the person who our waitress referred to as the "owner", he didn't bother to ask us how our meal was, just put his hand out for the card. I looked around, and there's receipt roll paper curling and piled everywhere, and other diner's cards are laying around (unsecured) waiting to be returned to them at their tables. (you have the choice to pay at the table or at the front). The only thing I can say about this experience that was positive is the remodeled decor...
