5/25/2024 Man oh man what happened to this place… It’s only been a few years since I’d last been here with the kiddos, but damn this place is a disaster. I’ll just list everything to keep it professional: -Dust, garbage, and bits of ripped impact foam everywhere -The impact foam cubes are all torn apart -They’ve removed the high dive and just made it a solo jump -All the employees are now children who enforce no safety rules and just speak very poorly of the new owners (more on that later) -The only manned attraction is now always closed unless you go to the counter and get someone who will very begrudgingly operate it once for you -The children’s area is overrun with teenagers being very rough -The maximum occupancy limit seems to be more of a suggestion than a hard limit -They upgraded some of the chairs on the side of the jumpways, but left several of the old ones as if only replacing the ones that break as they break. I do appreciate the massage chairs scattered around the place, though they were all disgusting and covered in sweat or occupied by someone not using the function the entire time -Not necessarily their fault, but your staff should have a more watchful eye for the following: I noticed an older guy maybe mid fifty pretending to read but he kept looking up at a little girl whom I assumed was his daughter or grand daughter at first, but then she ran off and a completely different girl ran by and he started staring at her. About half an hour later when we were leaving I noticed he left alone and got in an suv and drove away. Like he was wearing business shoes he must have clacked all the way up the ramp into the jump area to sit there and no one said anything to him? Like not a single, “Hey you got a kid?” “No kid maybe gtfo?” -The price The price has increased yes that’s fine everything is going up got it. What’s not cool is being told, “Oh by the way it’s not on the sign but you can’t cancel for three months. Oh but there are benefits! 10% off parties so ya know we took care of that tax :) Oh but they took away all but three hours on the weekend. Yeah the new owners are really greedy.” I was about to be converted from a daily to a monthly jumper with my three girls when I was told that. Man oh man has this place changed. Just for reference when we used to come we had the pass for a year and it really was unlimited. Well I hope the best for the place, but I won’t be back. Now for something good for that one star… -Bathrooms were...

When my toddlers moved back from Twin Falls, they missed Jump Time, where they had a membership and loved the designated toddler area. We were hoping Fly High would offer a similar setup, but it quickly became clear that it doesn’t.
There is nothing separating the treehouse area from the rest of the park, and older kids were constantly running through it, disrupting play and creating safety concerns. On two separate visits just weeks apart, my toddlers were bullied off equipment, pushed, bounced into, and even hit while in the treehouse. I had to intervene multiple times, and while I spoke to the teens responsible and their parents (who mostly shrugged it off), I also approached staff. One staff member on the floor just shrugged and said, “Yeah, that happens a lot.” When I escalated to someone claiming to be the manager, Cam, he promised to make changes and speak to the bosses regarding what they could do about closing off the upper level entrance into the treehouse after I said we’d cancel our membership. On that visit (April 25), things briefly improved.
Unfortunately, that didn’t last. We returned on May 8, a weekday, expecting a quieter experience. There weren’t many kids, but I noticed no staff making rounds—just two younger staff at the front desk. About 30 minutes in, three teenagers climbed into the treehouse, once again stopping my toddlers from playing. I immediately reported it to the front, only to be told that Cam no longer worked there and no manager was available. Again, we got shrugged shoulders. I felt uncomfortable having my toddlers play so we went to the arcades. While at the arcade area, those teens were suddenly walking out of the building. A staff member eventually came over, apologized, and admitted the teens had snuck in. She offered some one-hour passes, but by then we had already decided to cancel our membership for good.
We gave Fly High two months and multiple chances. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone feels comfortable bringing toddlers here. The staff seem untrained, unsupervised, and underage themselves. This place desperately needs adult oversight. It’s only a matter of time before a child is seriously hurt—but I guess that’s what the...
Read moreWent here for a birthday party. Party had arrived 30 minutes early to decorate. Staff had given their private room away to someone else who didn’t like where they were before they got there even though it had already been paid for and booked a month in advance. Our party agreed to just take a table but left after staff got in their face screaming and cussing at them in front of their kids. Completely unprofessional. I have been to other parties in the past and had never heard of them doing that before. The whole place is run by teens. Do better and hire staff that will be respectful. Extremely disappointed and will never be back. Haven’t been impressed in the past either when they let teens jump off walls and pick on little kids while doing nothing about it.
9/30/23 *Edit since owner wants to be nasty and is falsifying what happened… The parent was Nikki, not Nicole and she booked over a month in advance and asked to pay for the room in advance and was told to pay the day of. Also the police were not called and were not there . I was not in the building when all this happened and arrived immediately after when all the parents and the birthday boy were outside upset. To threaten to ban my family if I don’t delete this review without even apologizing or trying to come to a resolution in a professional manner shows the type of person you are and buisness you run. You didn’t even check to see if I spoke to any of your employees, which I did not. I was there to help a wonderful family after and help save a little boys birthday. Don’t worry. We will not be back. Good luck with this type of business practice.
10/1 I appreciate a more civilized response. It sounds like the ball was dropped by your staff. Also, no one ever tried to work with her. So the “nothing was good enough” is completely false. I just hope you can learn from the mistakes that happened here and it won’t happened again for future families. Too bad because my kids...
