We had ordered an order of large fries and asked if we could get them fresh. The young gentleman named Michael was nice and let us know that fresh fries would be made. After we paid we came to the second window and got are order from a gentle man with no name tag and a botton up shirt assuming a manager. Long blonde hair and tall. We checked and noticed they were not fresh so we came back around right then. We asked if we could get are order redone as we asked for fresh fries and that was the only item we ordered. They had a hard time hearing us so we tried to explain again at the window Michael the crew member, only one wearing a name tag. Got the manager who was the manager that gave us the original fries again with no name tag shuts the window at us before we could finish and saw his smirking at us and shaking his head as he walked away. When our fries were done at the second window he shoved the order to my hand and as i was asking for his name for the he leaned out to hear what i had asked and without saying a word turned and slammed the window on us. We waited and another manager came to the window and we asked if we could have the guys name for we were going to ask him if they wanted the old fries back. he said if he does not want to give it to us he can't force him. We asked if he could just give us an apology and the new manager looked back and said he doesnt think he wants to. We asked about why the managers are not wearing name tags but the crew member was. he said there suppose to but if we like we can complain on the survey about no name tags. Then we asked for corporate number the manager said they don't have it so he looked it up on his phone for us and gave us a number. We do love coming here but this was really unprofessional and we just want to see better attitude and when we are trying to be nice during the whole exchange the same respect would be expected from a well known...
Read moreI ordered a medium Big Mac meal through the drive thru the person taking my order asked me about 5 times to make a donation to the McDonalds foundation and I said no politely about 5 times I received my order and when I got home I got my French fries out of the bag and they didn’t fill the French fries box any where close half way full they gave me not even a small fries worth of French fries and they didn’t give me a receipt either. The service was terrible and quality control is non existent. I’m tired of over priced food prices and not receiving what I paid for this is really disappointing I paid $10 dollars for a Big Mac and not even half of a medium fry. I have read other customers reviews and they have had the same thing happen to them. McDonalds is intentionally ripping off customers and shorting customers on fries they are not filling up the fries half way so if you order a medium you only receive maybe a small fry if you’re lucky. I will not eat at this location or any other location ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to spend their money at McDonald’s. Shame on McDonalds this is flagrant false advertisement they are charging for a medium fry and then they turn around and only give you less than a small fry in my opinion they are stealing...
Read moreOrdered my usual for curbside pickup and error in app makes me go inside with my order number NJ44 to check in. Whatever, not that big a deal. Girl at the counter looks at me like I'm crazy when I show her the instructions the app gave me and calls over a manager, who points to my order on their screen to confirm I'm there. No apology for inconvenience from either of them. After a few minutes of waiting for my food the girl comes up to me and asks if I paid, of course I paid! It won't let you check in and have them start making the food until it's paid through the app. Then my food comes back wrong. I tell the manager I ordered no sausage because I don't eat pork. He looks at me like I'm an idiot (EXACTLY why I use the app so I don't get judged), so I tell him that's just the cheapest option they have to remove the meat on.
