The food here is beautiful and large portions but unfortunately it lacks in flavor. We ate tripe tacos that were extremely salty, tounge tocos that were just ok , pork posole that was beautifuly red with very tender pork but was flavorless in exception to the red chili that colors the broth, we had carne asada nachos that were beautifully presented piled high with meat ,Colby jack cheese, onions, sour cream ,and jalapenos but they were cold and lacking in deep flavors , we also ordered a shredded beef burrito with chili Verde pork sauce but they gave us enchiladas instead, the beef was tender but lacked in deep flavors the chili Verde sauce had chunks of tender pork but the sauce was sweet and was not pleasant. The positive to this was they have all you can eat self serve warm chips and a selection of salsa's that were good. The atmosphere was very clean and nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. I gave this place a 3 star for the chips and salsa and cleanliness but the food was not even worth saving as left overs. Cost of food was...
Read moreLoved this place!! The atmosphere was colorful and inviting, so fun! There's lots of seating and isn't very loud, a great place to visit with friends. The service was so kind and very helpful. I couldn't decide what to eat and they were kind enough to recommend a dish that ended up being delicious! The service was very efficient, we got our food within 10 minutes.
I ordered the #25 Birria tacos with a horchata. The birria tacos were DELICIOUS! If you don't know what to get, this is a great choice. The tacos were crispy with delicious soft meat inside; they paired so well and became so juicy when dipped in the birria. To pull it all together crispy cheese was cooked on the outer tortilla. The horchata was cold and delicious, very authentic! While we waited for our food we had access to a salsa bar with 4 different kinds of salsa and unlimited chips. So good!! The beans and rice were also delicious.

I never eat the rice or beans because they never are authentic. I devoured them here!
The adovada pork is the best in the valley, hands down. The street tacos have ample meat. And the burrito was massive and delicious. And the quesa birrias are out of this world.
The carne asada was a disappountment. Sluced so thin it was dried out and tough. One piece was heavily seasoned and the next piece had nothing at all. Maybe an off day. Idk.
I asked if the chile relleno was canned or fresh. I was told it was a fresh poblano chile....but it was canned Anaheim. It was more of and omelet than a relleno. See photo attached.
The place is clean. Service is fast and polite. Portions are good. Prices are reasonable. A great addition to Garden City.
Added note: they offer a pico (lots of onion) and a hot red sauce but no mild or medoum red sauce. You may want to...
