Pelican’s SnoBalls - Garden City — Restaurant in Garden City

The waitress handed me a snowckne that was literally overflowing with minimal ice and so much flavor syrup, and the syrup was all over the cup and she expected me to accept it to get all over my clothes and in my car. She seemed to get offended when I asked her to do something with it and clean the cup up so I could even handle it. She said, "sugar free flavors melt faster," that may be, but in this instance, this was excessive syrup. And as expected, I had to dump most of the syrup out of the cup, just to be able to eat it, since it was overflowing the cup. This is SAD, since these aren't cheap, at excess of $6+ a pop!

I MIGHT go back to this location once more, just because the other employees there have more common sense than thos young lady as to not hand someone something to eat so poorly presented and disgusting they wouldn't accept it themselves...if it happens again, I WON'T be back and I will contact the owner. This was unacceptable...

We are locals with a small daughter and looked forward to this snoball place to open for the season, and finally got an opportunity to stop by this weekend. Noticed some changes with the set up and was told that it was under new ownership. We was disappointed with a couple things one of which was the lay out, although they have added a drive thru now but in doing so have had to take away the family fun environment with the games. The tables are still there but all clustered up on side now. The Second thing we were disappointed in was we added the marshmallow but the only marshmallow was only drizzled on top. Understand some things change but sometimes change is not necessarily a good thing just...

So many good choices, served fairly quickly and was reasonably priced for how much your getting. It is always a good treat no matter what. . . . ...
