Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Garden City

I have lived here for 16 years. Dealt with the issues at this location because it was close, but I'm finally done. First, am I the only one that didn't know they get donuts delivered from another store and they don't make anything fresh on site? I take the family for a weekend ride for a 9.99 glazed dozen internet deal. She says, we have 2 strawberry donuts and assorted dots. I was in shock. Okay how old are the ones you have? yesterday they delivered them. I get my box and its full of assorted garbage, I said what is this? Her reply, she told you assorted! well I thought assorted included glazed. she closed the window and thats how you lose customers one at a time....similar to chinese water torture. Ive had half baked raw donuts, cussing matches between a manager and door dash driver as I was picking up an order inside(that was my last trip indoors). DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY MAKE THEM FRESH AT THE SOUTH KINGS HWY STORE!!

Sort of like the fake hot and ready sign at a location that DOESNT...

My father had a coupon for “any dozen $8.99” and went into this KK to pick up doughnuts for a trip with my daughter. He showed the cashier the coupon and asked if he could use it and get the Christmas icing doughnuts. She said yes, he could and completed the transaction. As she was putting the doughnuts in the box, the manager came out and said those doughnuts would cost him $17 for a dozen. My father told him about the coupon of “any dozen” and the employee said yes, she had accepted it. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude, refusing to allow my father to have those after he had already purchased them and told him “you may not pay $17 for these, but someone else will.” Because of the lack of respect, professionalism and frankly, just rude behavior of this manager, my family will drive to the Myrtle Beach location from now on rather give our money to this store while someone like that is in charge. Do better in hiring Krispy Kreme and teach your manager about honor, it’s clearly...

I cannot beleive that I wnet to this Krispy Kreme Shop last night and they were out of the Classic Glazed Donuts. This is you livelyhood, its what got you started in the first place. This is absolutely uncalled for. I hate these franchise stores in MB. They never have the current limited selection and they never offer the corporate specials. I get these emails for specials and they never honor them and always give you some excuse that is always a lie as to why they dont offer them. for instance, when the lottery was at such a huge amount (over a billion) I got an email that said everyone is a winner- glazed donuts $4.99. went there was told that is only for the stores in the states that had a winning lottery ticket. Really? I got the email a week before they had the drawing so how did they knoe which states would have a winning number. plus the email said nothing about that. If that were true then everyone is not a winner. ...
