I want to post on my experience with this jeweler. Recently I lost my wedding ring on a trip. It was returned but it had been run over by a car and destroyed. I took it to 3 different Kay jewelers to have it repaired and was told it was beyond repair. Heart broken I kept it in my jewelry box. Recently my husband needed his ring sized and found vandy jewelers. When he asked if my ring could be fixed and Vandy said yes he could make it look like new and told us to come back in a couple HOURS . I doubted it but had nothing to loose. When we came back and he took out my ring I broke down in tears. Not only did he fix my ring it looked better than it ever did. When my husband slipped on my finger it was a perfect fit and the diamonds danced in the light.. I cant tell you the magic I felt. THANK YOU VANDY FOR GIVING ME THIS GIFT. Certainly nothing like Vandy's was. Very disrespectful, argumentative owner, with no desire to work with me regarding a ring that they repaired. Less than a month went by from the time I brought in the ring for repair that one of the stones they replaced fell out again. He stated that 'you broke it'. There was no desire to offer any warranty on their repair. After having the young man talk circles around anything I tried to say, I left. I won't be going back, which will make him happy I'm sure. Be careful how you speak to customers, and you are not always the be all end all. Sometimes it pays just to listen...

I read positive reviews online for this jewelry store and I wasn't disappointed! I had a broken prong on my diamond wedding band and took it in for repair. He found I actually had 3 broken prongs and he repaired them while I waited. It was so nice not to have to take it to a jewelry store and have them send it out for 2 weeks.
