Subway — Restaurant in Garden City

I have to give it one star to be able to review but they should have negative 50 stars for the service that you get it this particular location. I ordered on line so that I could go and get my sandwiches through the drive-through at an expedient time level because I've dealt with them before and it took a half hour to get through the drive-through. Sandwich by sandwich they were asking as they were building it, what I wanted took me more than 1/2 hour the first time to get 3 sandwiches and again another half an hour to get an order that I placed online this time. I called on the phone and no one answered and I called 5 times and I have proof on my phone through my cell Carrier. Once I was able to get someone to answer the phone the manager still never came to answer the phone after 5 minutes until I was just disconnected. Once the car in front of me had done his 20 minute order at the call up I was then able to move up a little bit while he waited at the window for an additional 5 minutes to get his order. When I pulled up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and the manager never came to the window and the boy Ben at the window rudely told me that her name was Iti and she was busy making sandwiches and couldn't come to the window to talk to me. This is a perfect example of being DENIED even minimum wage for the service that you get at this particular location. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!!! If your not hungry and you have plenty of time on your hands this is a winner location. And to add to my misery I sent the order ONLINE and it was in perfect print to follow and my order was wrong. OMG THEY GET THE SHAME AWARD OF ALL TIME. I am calling the corporation office to add to this review because of the unprofessionalism of the manager and the arrogance of the other employees. Today was my first and last day working there! Looks clean but the manager is Nasty. I watched her take a dirty bowl rinse it out and put it under the table with the clean dishes and it was still dirty on the bottom! She asked me to wash the bread pans and told me not to use soap for it and handed me a Knife and s brush that resembled the brush you clean the toilet with. She told me to just scrub them with the brush and use the knife to scrape anything extra off. Not only that she is bad for business! Not only did she have 5 people on the clock (including herself) and refuse to let guests in to dine in from the heat (locked us in the store all day). around 9:30 pm Some random guy just pops up in the store n she talking bout it's her husband?????!!!?! First of all things how did he get in here!!?? At this point her and I had been making sandwiches and its just me and her in the store. Both times I’ve been here the staff has been absolutely terrible. The first time I came in with a friend to get food and there was seemingly only one staff member there. When we walked in she was sitting in the common area at a table, talking to a friend or boyfriend. She sat there for five minutes finishing her conversation before she’d help us, and then got our order wrong somehow. The second time I went I got there before 8pm, the curfew currently when places are supposed to close. She said “I’ll be with you shortly” I’m the only one in line in the drive through and the doors are locked so no one can walk in because that area has to be closed. So why am I waiting? I have my window rolled down with my car getting wet from the rain for over ten minutes when I ask when I’ll be helped they say “we’ll be with you shortly” after it’s already 8. I explain that I’ve already been waiting and they go “sorry, due to the curfew we have to close at 8”.
