To be completely honest with you, until moving out this way, I really had no idea that all "fast food" restaurants were not created equal. I just assumed that if you went to a Taco Bell you were going to get the typical Taco Bell experience and then move on your merry way. As you probably have also realized, that is absolutely not the case. Add a global pandemic in on top of it and you have many fast food locations that went from bad to even worse. Luckily this particular Taco Bell location isn't one of them. I actually go completely out of my way to come here, and I am going to explain why.
I should also start off by saying that I have never been inside of this location, and everything that I am going to say is in relation to drive thru visits only. So I cannot speak on things like restaurant cleanliness, and so on.
I happened upon this Taco Bell location about a month ago by accident, and I am beyond thrilled that I did. Honestly I've gotten pretty sick of all the lackluster Taco Bell locations in the area, so I've gotten to the point where I frequently go out of my way for food (especially if it's fast food). I believe I was on my way to an entirely different place when I found this Taco Bell location and I've been back multiple times since then. I don't know about you but having to double check my entire order every time I stop somewhere because the people who packed it typically aren't competent enough to include all of what I've paid for gets rather annoying and exhausting. If that type of thing annoys you as well, this location will suite you just fine. The employees here are friendly, professional, and efficient, and the food is always hot and presumably fresh off of the line. I also have received every single item that I've paid for every single time that I have been here, and that says quite a lot if you're comparing this location to others in the area.
That being said, for whatever reason, this location doesn't seem to be all that busy either (at least the few times that I've stopped here). Normally to me that's a bit of a red flag when it comes to places to eat, but that just simply isn't the case here. I don't think I've waited more than five minutes from ordering to actually having my (correct) order in my hands, and to me that is a pretty ideal fast food drive thru situation.
When all is said and done, if you've been having a subpar experience at the surrounding Taco Bell locations, I suggest heading here, even if it seems a bit out of your way. To me, it's absolutely worth it and I will continue coming here instead of the other locations I've been to in the...

Read moreHit or miss getting correct order... and half the time you order thru the drive thru, they tell you to pull around to the parking lot and wait... smh... frustrating... then the new order yourself ordeal they have going on inside is honestly ridiculous... I get the idea.. really I do... but i did a online order and to pick up inside, no one is at the counter because of the self order system they have where you put in your order thru a kiosk... I was standing at the counter for a good 5-7 minutes literally staring at my order that's ready and sitting 3 feet away from me and I didnt even get acknowledged until the guy that's making the actual food sees me frustrated and realizing that his coworkers aren't providing me with service at all, he takes his gloves off and asks how he can help and I provide him with my name for order, he grabs my bag and makes my slush thing and gives me it... told him I appreciated that he stopped doing what his actual position was and had to do someone else's that literally walked past me 3 times without acknowledgement... whoever dude was working 7-4-25 at 3:15 pm making the food is a "Gee"!!! He made my order on point exactly and it was 2 meals actually... and had to do someone else's position because of the lack of willingness for customer satisfaction!! Thanks my guy! If you see this anyway... ok my rant is over... I dont like writing bad reviews but this location is known for this because of thw repetition of it happening...
