Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Garden Grove

To add to my review since it won't allow me to post a second review here's what happened tonight. I ordered another cheese quesadilla but we drove away with a chicken quesadilla and had to make a u-turn. When we came back they gave us a cheese quesadilla with the pico de gallo and a small cup on the side not inside like it's supposed to be.....We ordered from the drive-thru around 10:45 p.m. Sunday July 22nd. My order was made wrong and the girl working the drive-thru was rude and rushing us even though no one else was in line. My order was a cheese quesadilla, she asked if pico de gallo was okay with that and we said yes. That's the way I always have them, she said that's the way they're made. My friend ordered a steak quesadilla, and a western bacon cheeseburger combo as well. When we got home and I bit into my quesadilla there was no pico de gallo inside which is my favorite part of eating a quesadilla from Carl's Jr / Green burrito. We returned back to the Carl's jr. around 11:05 PM the same night and informed them of their mistake. the same girl working the drive-thru told us to pull forward to the window and they'll give us another one. The new one they made for me had too much pico de gallo in it there was onions and tomato falling out of it and hardly any cheese at all. Taste like I was eating onion tortilla sandwich. The first two bites was all pico de gallo then a little bit of cheese and the rest of the way down there was nothing. By far the worst quesadilla I've received from...

I only put a star so I could write a review. So I walk into this Carl's jr asking for a small cup of hot water, it dont matter what it's for but I had to repeat myself 4 times to this woman because she was ever so busy on her phone, to which she hands me a small plastic cup and points to the soda fountain machine. I tell her I'm looking for HOT WATER ...she looks at me and says, " sorry we don't give hot water it's not our policy". Uh ok?! So I ask if I can use the restroom to get some hot water she says "yes", now mind you, she is STILL on her phone...while in questioning. I proceed to the bathroom to find there's a code needed...(u would think she would have given it to me, prior to walking to restroom right?!) I walk back to the counter and she's hiding behind a wall, STILL ON HER PHONE! I go to ask her for the code, she looks at me like ("why the hell am I bothering her"! While she has a ladder in her arms, STILL ON THE PHONE....she mutters out the code and I just barely heard her, I took it to the code pad and it didn't work!! So I try another one which I also possibly heard and that didn't work either!! Now I'm livered .... I turned around and walked out the store n threw the cup,...

Second time I went to this place and very likely the last. Service is terrible. The guys at the druve thru behave like they're partying and you're the one interrupting the fun.

Today Melani R took my order. No "hello" or any other way to start a conversation with another human. Not wearing the mask properly. After handling my order she goes like "anything else" with an attitude as if she was annoyed and doing me a favor. I asked for ketchup and she basically threw it to me. No "sorry" or any apology.

If you don't like working with people or just don't like your job then quit and find another. You don't go to work to hang out with your buddies: you go to do a job.

I blame whoever the supervisor is for this behavior because again, something similar happened before. As for me, I guess I'll just go buy food somewhere else. I don't like to leave 1 star reviews unless I find something especially terrible; like today's service...
