EXO Sushi — Restaurant in Anaheim

Owner/ Waitress was the single most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. She was nice enough to let us have a table, even though they were gonna fill their restaurant a little bit afterwards. Then she proceeded to tell us we only have one hour to sit at the table. Granted it was my birthday. She completely ruined my birthday dinner. I called ahead and everything and asked her if it was OK and she said yes. Then she gave me an attitude about. I told you I only had one more table and then when we got there gave us a time limit. When I go out and eat sushi, I don’t want a time limit. On top of that, the table we were sitting at was not being used for the big party. I’ve been at this location twice. The first time I came the service was slow and the sushi was just okay.

However, the second time I came to this location I was told to sit down and I waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to help, I asked the man making the sushi if I could order through him because I was in a bit of a rush and he yells at me complaining that there is only 2 workers there and for me just to shut up and wait. Take in to account that there was only 1 small table of people.

I just walked out. Never going there again. Completely unnecessary to be treated that way. Especially when the place was practically empty.

I found this place highly recommended online. I arrived and it was Happy Hour so we ordered a few things from that menu and the regular menu. We were pleased with our food selections. My water glass was never empty! That is impressive because I would have to flag a server down to get a water refill at other places. The server was attentive to us. The restaurant is clean, spacious and air-conditioned. The rolls are fresh and nicely presented. On their appetizer menu, try the Spicy Tuna Tacos. I never had anything like it before.
