WARNING: DO NOT COME TO THIS CRUMBL IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE REGULAR AMOUNT OF FROSTING. YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
My roommate and I have been craving these specific crumbl flavors since the beginning of the week. We said, “oh my, these flavors are to die for!” and we’ve been dreaming about these flavors, salivating over the possibilities, and thinking about when we would finally make the brave decision to walk into a wonderful crumbl location and receive said cookies. We wanted these cookies to be life changing and delicious, we were so stoked when we arrived at the crumbl location at approximately 2:03PM pacific daylight time, but when we ordered and were jumping up and down with pure excitement, we opened the box… my, my, what a mistake…
THESE COOKIES ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED!! What the heck is this???? We looked at each other in doubt and shock before wondering, should we be those people that ask the workers what the heck they created? I decided to do it. After all, I’ve been waiting far too long for life changing cookies and this was not up to my expectations for what CRUMBL is. Upon asking the worker, “ummm… can you replace this cookie” (referencing my favorite cookie which is caramel shortbread) he said “ok, sure” and I was like, in my head, yay! I will get my favorite cookie as it should be! NO!!!!!!!!!! I DIDNT!!!!!!!!!!!! He replaced it and it was even worse. I am disappointed in...
Read moreThe cookies are overly sweet!!! And there is nothing special about the cookie. I guess that's where the name of the cookie comes from, cause the cookies were crumbling apart. Overall not impressed. I had one bite of each and had to throw them away. These cookies are overhyped. Sorry /: wish I could have liked them more. Also it was crazy packed and busy. My order said it would be ready in 9 minutes. I ended up waiting like another 10 in store. And that's after you check in to say you are there. Even the people walking in were confused if there was a line. So the store is a bit disorganized. Cookies are being made on the spot. No cashier cause they were trying to help in the back. So they left people waiting in line. Soo overall bad experience in store and cookies were not that tasty...
Read moreToday was our first time trying Crumbl, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. I placed my order online at 5 a.m. — yes, early! — for a 2:30 p.m. pickup, thinking ordering ahead would guarantee the cookies I paid for would actually be available.
I arrived at 2:20 p.m., only to be told that one of the cookies I ordered was sold out. Excuse me? What’s the point of placing a prepaid pickup order HOURS in advance if you’re just going to sell what I already paid for to walk-ins?
This was supposed to be a special treat, and it just turned into a frustrating experience. If you can’t manage inventory or honor early orders, that’s a huge problem. Be freaking for real.
Do better, Crumbl. Because...
