Cash Only !!! I decided to try all three famous Central Vietnamese dishes here. First was Cao Lầu, a unique stir-fried noodle dish with layers of pork, onions, bean sprouts, and distinctive spices. The rich flavor and appealing colors of this dish truly captivated me. 4/5⭐️
Next was Tré Trộn, a traditional dish made from banana leaves and a combination of raw vegetables with meat, shrimp, or fish. Not only was this dish delicious, but it was also nutritious and refreshing. The combination of sour, salty, sweet, and crunchy flavors created an excellent sensation on the palate. However, the meat could be more improved. +1 for the perfect dipping fish sauce. 4/5⭐️
The Bánh Bèo Đặc Biệt is just ok compared to other Vietnamese Restaurants around the OC. 3/5⭐️

They have many different kinds of food like: Bun thit nuong cha gio, Mi quang, Cao lau, Bun rieu, Bun ca, Nem nuong, and many more. I myself especially love Bun bo in this place. Amazing food, amazing service. The restaurant is clean and every meal we ordered are fresh and delicious. One of the food which my whole family love most and highly recommend is "BANH DAP THIT NUONG" (some kind of tasty grilled pork eating with roasted rice cake, steamed thin rice pancake, and sauce. See pic). I have never found this kind of unique yummy food anywhere else in the US. You should try and be aware, you will be addicted!!! Highly recommend if passing...
Read moreStep in to central Vietnam with this restaurant. The food in this restaurant transported me back to HOI AN. The decors are cute and the restaurant is clean. The food is delicious and the price is fair. We really love their MI QUANG DAC BIET , and their bun bo hue (BBH), both were flavorful and hit the spot. Their banh beo is hoi an style, so that’s exactly what you get when you order it, I love the crispy pork skin in it. The fish sauce was perfect complement to it. The bun thit nuong was good, but I would have preferred the meat to have a more charred and grilled taste to it. Overall, I love this place and would come back. Also if you love corn milk, you...
