Crave — Restaurant in Garden Grove

The berry medley smoothie is really good, although I had to wait almost 15 minutes for a smoothie when it wasn't busy there was only one lady in front of me and a couple in the place. I ordered my smoothie at 3:50pm, the lady in front of me who ordered hers first got her 2 drinks fast, then a guy came after me, ordered.... got his. Then 2 girls who appeared to be friends with the 2 girls working behind the counter got their 2 drinks and then stood there to talk... I then stood up and they both looked at me and the friends scooted over and the girls working saw me then began making my smoothie. Pretty sure they forgot mine.I got my smoothie at 4:04pm. Only gave this a 4 star for the smoothie, service really needs...

What another review said, i absolutely agree they mimic asian desserts. Its overly sweet, they put microwaved ricecake on it so by the time it touches the cold icecream it turns into a hard brick. Dont know how or why this place has good reviews i mean i guess you gotta try really hard to mess up sweets. People think sweet = good. mid shaved ice for $16 barely serves two people, workers would not stop having a conversation while taking our order so we couldnt even tell if they were listening Icecream is too fluffy and not rich, dense, and creamy. Almost $30 for a scoop of icecream and a shaved ice. Would not return...

I recently visited Crave for Boba in Garden Grove and had a mixed experience. The shop offers a great variety of options, and I ordered a Matcha Tea with Boba and an Orange Yakult. Both drinks were quite satisfying in taste. However, I encountered an issue during checkout. It seemed that when ordering two drinks, they offered a supposed discount, but instead, the final price was adjusted such that it essentially matched the full price for two drinks without any discount.
