I had a horrible experience here tonight to the point that my friends and I would never return here again after being a frequent customer. I ordered a signature milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and a mango tango drinks. I realized after a few seconds that I had ordered the wrong drink for my friend and I wanted to exchange it for the correct one. I had informed her that I did not mind paying extra for the drink that I wanted to exchange for. She did not even make the drinks yet because she was still behind making other customers drinks. I would not had ask her to exchange the drink if she was already working on my order. She told me I was being rude for wanting to exchange my drink and that she did not have the authority without a manager to exchange or refund a drink. First, of all it was uncalled for you to be unprofessional to say that to me or any other paying customers who all they wanted was to exchange a drink just because you felt pressured that you could not do it because of not having the authority to do so! You seriously need to learn some proper manners and know how to provide good customer service! Second, it is very unacceptable for me to have one person run a whole dang store without a manager in present and having one associate do everything on there own especially on a busy Saturday night! I tried reaching out to the manager and he did not even bother to make it right at all! At the end she did not even make the drinks I ordered good how it normally is when I come here! I would definitely not return here and I advise everyone not to come here! This was a waste of my time going back and forth with the rude associate and with the manager tonight. The manager needs to learn how to run a business properly and trained the associates on providing excellent customer service because obviously they do not know how to do that here! They need to start scheduling more workers so that customers are not just waiting around for along time and putting too much pressure on that only associate who is doing everything on there own! I really hope they get there act together because this is ridiculous how overall the experience and how this business is running! I hope to see that this business will not last as long by the way they are doing...
Read moreThe drink are ok, not too tea focus and more milky/sugary. I got the flute which is 4 for 13.99. It is quite pricey. The only downside is that full size drink are $6 and one drink is 3.50 here for not half the size. The other big issue is everything is extra, boba, jelly etc so boba for all 4 would up it to almost $15-$16 which is $4 a drink which is almost the price or a full size. I don’t think it is a good deal and more for the experience. The extra should be included for almost $4 a cup. Another thing I didn’t like was that it was expensive but they didn’t even bring it to your table. It is pretty hard to carry cuz it is so full. And these are suppose to be like the special of the shop so why aren’t they treated as such? ANWAY the milk tea is super sweet, jasmine was ok but too much flora taste, ube was ok , and Thai tea was average. Nothing bad but nothing great. Boba have great texture but no flavor. Like they didn’t put honey or brown sugar on it.
Edit: They did provide feedback/answers some question. THis flight is a tasting menu so it is more for the experence then value. I do think it is worth it for a fun experence. Read moreWe got bait and switched by the photo on their storefront. Asked for the Jasmine Ube Milk Tea, which was shown as a three layered drink with boba on top. What we got was totally different looking drink the purple goop smeared all on the inside with a glob of something black at the bottom. We asked if it was one on the store window and she said 'yes'. Walking back to our car, my wife noticed there was no boba. She kept hunting for it but found none.
Needless to say we weren't happy. We went back and asked why there was no boba and the girl said, "Oh, I asked you if you wanted any add-ons and you said no." How was I supposed to know the boba in the storefront photo was an "add-on"? When I ordered I specifically turned around and pointed to the advertisement behind me), and indicated we want that drink. That photo was what got us into the store in the and we left spending $11 bucks to be rather unhappy customers. Neither of us enjoyed our drinks after that and just tossed them.
