This is my go to spot when I want a hot bowl of pho. That was the case on this cold rainy Day in Southern California. Even though it’s a tad bit of a drive from Anaheim and there are about a hundred Pho shops in between we always find ourselves here. The broth to noodle and meat ratio is great. The broth flavorful. But I think the thing we all love most is the temperature of the soup. It comes out HOT and even after adding all the veggies it’s still hot. Down to the last drop it still has good heat. I know that’s usually not what people note when they eat pho but my pet peeve is cold broth at the end.

My favorite Chicken Pho and rice place. Its a small mama pops place that specializes in Pho Ga (fresh free range chicken pho). I normally order Pho Ga with dark meat no bones and skin (you must request for no bones and skin) with fresh rice noodles for additional cost, and a side of the insides gizzard, heart, & liver. Their Com Ga is also great here. Fresh chicken topped with onions & herbs, chicken rice, side soup with veggies, and ginger fish sauce to dip chicken.

Great and friendly service !!!!!!!!!! The environment was amazing as well as the food!!!!! My husband ordered the rib plate. It was super tasty and portions were huge. I ordered myself a shrimp pho. Rich in flavor and shrimps were fresh. My 5 year old daughter ordered a kids beef pho and loved it. We were surprised that she loved her food because she is a very picky eater.
