Starbucks — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Wow ..... I've only been in here 3 times and each time I get discriminated and treated terribly. The first time I ordered a drink and sat on the table to wait to use the restroom, sitting in front of me was a girl who from the looks of it (and and from a short conversiation with her) is homeless. So right away they put me in the same category because of who I just so happened to be sitting next to and because of who I befreiened. I witnessed a truly ugly treatment to the man who I was waiting for in the restroom ... Every time after that I was automatically descriminated and treated with no respect. Each time I go I always buy a drink and use the restroom only to be inturupted by banging on the door asking me if I'm ok. 2nd time they pound even louder demanding me to get out and by the 3rd knock they're threatening to call the cops. I'm sorry that I'm a female with needs that I must tend to.... So heads up when u come to this store, don't let them catch u talking to anyone who isn't up to part in there eyes and if you r having stomach problems like constipation or if it's that time of the month and u had an accident prepare to be unreasonably...

I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier, upon walking in, before placing my order I asked for the restroom code and the girl who was cashier said it was for customers only. I had stated I was going to order I just needed to use the restroom. She was rude and came off strong, stating that restrooms are for customers only. I told her I have the app and I could show her, as the is what I would be using for payment. She gave me attitude and did not make me feel welcomed. She was rushing me to give her my order just so she can provide me with the restroom code. I have been a customer for many years this is the worse experience I've had at this chain. Even after the way i was treated, I still gave them my business. Be sure I will not be returning to this location. There's better ways to communicate new policies with customers,( especially when they're not displayed for one to see) then to make one feel uncomfortable...

I ordered a tall size cup of black coffee and a bagel with a cream cheese here, and I paid the price higher than the other Starbuck's store in Anaheim on (Lincoln Ave & Anaheim Street) !!! Why does the price of my order come out higher on my receipt than other Sbux stores??? I don't really understand it. I hope Starbuck's corporation higher boss would tell me the reason why if they read my message here. It's very unfair because the price of my order is higher than other Starbuck's stores. When I asked the manager of this Starbuck's coffee here about the price of my order is higher than other Starbuck's stores. She responded it to me and said, "You don't like it. You can go to other Starbuck's stores" That's a rudeness response to a customer. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars for rudeness service here.
