Alright --- after seeing the sign for like an innumerable amount of times, I decide to go in and try the $2 burger! And it DOES NOT look like the sign at all . . . the meat pattie looks bigger and the slice of tomato is just a tad bit smaller than said burger on the banner! Even the layout of the burger is not the same as the graphic! So that is a FAILURE! But the young lady with 🚫 name tag was delightful but gets no shout out because . . . well she's TAGless! You do get to watch them cook and assemble the burger right in front of you. The restrooms were open but have a hand blowing machine! Nope! I came out and got napkins! But here is the kicker --- everything was FRESH and good except for the smaller than presented meat slice! It's like a Mickey D's kid burger in texture and flavor. It would take three (3) to fill me up, but by then my taste buds would be bored! The special sauce was good, no mustard nor ketchup! And they made it fast, only two other folks were in the store, though. Overall for 2 bucks, not bad . . . But c'mon dawg, REPRESENT with the ad or you are perpetrating a fraud! I may go...
Read moreBy far the best burger deals in Anaheim. Forget Wendys (whose posters are blatant lies when it comes to their $5.00 Biggie bag) Here I get the $1.99 Cheeseburger. Yes, it is a smaller size, but still much bigger than the small burger you get at Jack N Box, and MUCH bigger then the Wendy's small burger. I add fries and a drink and it comes to about $11.00 with tax. This is actually good comfort food. At other fast food places you can spend $11.00 and still be hungry. Not only that, but drink refills are free AND this is one of the last places that still serve unsweetened Ice Tea. The service has always been friendly and prompt. The place is clean, with big, comfortable, booths. Interesting movie related posters line the walls. The $1.99 cheeseburger is a temporary discount, but the combos are actually not much more and much better than at the aforementioned fast food places. While I have stuck to the burgers so far, the menu also includes a wide variety of choices, including Mexican dishes like...
Read moreI love me some Tomy's! I feel like they have been here forever. Tomy's has a pretty large menu for a fast-food place. I'm a chili cheeseburger and pastrami sandwich kinda gal. These are both good size portions so I feel like I get my money's worth but I'm a freak for their fried zucchini and was disappointed that when this was ordered ala cart instead of the large container I used to get it's now the size of a side of fries which was disappointing considering how much they charge.
I have to admit I don't go very often because it's a little pricy for my budget with a family of 4. I'm posting pictures of the menu board because prices have gone up since the last time I was there. To be fair these are the times we live in. The food is always fresh and tasty. There is a lot of indoor seating but not much outside. I'm a drive-thru lover and they are pretty quick on the ball. I would recommend Tomy's, just...
