Valuetina's Pizza — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Great pizza and I have been eating their food for decades. Unfortunately, they have lost my patronage. I called last night from Long Beach to order one pizza and was told it would be about 30 minutes. I gave my phone number. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told that it would be another 5 minutes, so I paid and decided to wait, even though I live one minute from there. 20 minutes later I asked what was the hold up and was told that they JUST put it in the oven. It wasn't ready until 10 minutes after that. I understand that it was a busy night, but PLEASE DON'T LIE TO ME!! No time did anyone call and say it would take twice as long. I could have been told while paying that it would be another 30 minutes. I really would have understood. But to take my money, and lie to my face is bad business. Horrible customer service!!! We order from them weekly but we won't be ordering there anymore, they have a horrible staff and don't know how to take orders properly let alone write information down. We have given them chance after chance and tonight was the last straw. We waited over an hour for our pizza, when we called to find out where our pizza was they said we gave four different numbers and a address that doesn't exist, who gives four numbers when ordering pizza? On top of that the manager was rude and instead of making it right for a customer he told me "it's a free country we don't need to go there" who tells a customer that??? I will NEVER go here again and plan to contact the better Business Bureau, they should not be...

Their pizza is very good and priced very well. It's your local pizza shop. Better than going to one of the big chains. All of their proteins and cheeses seemed of high quality. Friends when they come over always ask where we get our pizza because they like it so much. They deliver as well. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because they "don't deliver" to our address. They said we live too far but only live 5 mins from the location. Which is a bummer.
