I'm aware that because this location is across the street from a college the line does tend to be longer. This was around 5:50 at night drive-thru line was long so opted to go inside because there were only two person in line. Got in line there's only one family ahead of me and they were next to order. Gave my order just simple chicken nugget meal I was redeeming two rewards as well as just another order of fries and a macaroni (sharing with people at home), paid and went to go have a seat. Few minutes insulating the family that actually was in front of me finally finished ordering and decided to sit down behind me, few more minutes pass by and I noticed their cranking out a lot of the mobile orders and food for staff which those could be more of a priority but there's also a lot of laughing joking around between multiple people behind the counter. 10 minutes now goodbye still no food, however the family behind me had their food. Decided to go up just to inquire about my order if it was coming up or anything in the pick up area and the guy assisting me went to check and said "their working on it" so I wait again. Another 10 minutes pass by still no food. This time I went back to the front counter where I was waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there still just having fun with friends. The guy who helped me the first time noticed me and said "you still haven't gotten your food?" I responded no and I've been waiting for 20 minutes, which got the attention of the girl that took me order. He then went to who I'm assuming is the floor manager wearing a blue shirt, she then asked me how long I've been waiting and if I had my receipt which I gave to her. She checks the computer and then she walks to the back asking for someone a little more time passes and she came back up and just said that she's going to redo my order and "sorry for the inconvenience" and handed me a new receipt. So it was back to waiting, still a lot of people joking around behind the counter and after a couple of minutes finally got my food.

I have had 3 bad experiences in a row. These were all order problems that were made with their app for pick up. After the 3rd and worst offense I contacted their customer service through their app. I was contacted fairly quickly and was told someone from the location I patronized would follow up. That seemed like they cared what I had to say. So a day later I got a form letter pseudo apologizing. It did not address any of my concerns and wasn't sincerest. I still thought someone was going to write me. A week later nothing happened so I wrote back to the corporate email and said no one contacted me. The next day I received the same form letter from the location email. So their idea of customer service for complaints is the equivalent to SPAM or telemarketing calls. They did not really apologize and did not try to rectify the issues I had. This has changed my opinion of Chick-fil-A. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS.. Especially this Gardena location. I warn you as well. If they don't provide you what you ask for they don't care. â-------------------- I like this location of Chick-fil-A, it's still kind of new. I like the Deluxe Original Sandwich. It just adds lettuce and tomato to the already delicious sandwich. The criss cut waffle fries are really good too. My favorite sauces are Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian (like sweet & sour). They did a good job of planning for it being busy. The layout of the drive thru is smart. They have multiple lanes for ordering and during COVID times the workers help get your food to your car. The better less busy way is to get their app and order & pay through it. They have a designated area for app orders pick up. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because the last 2 times I used it I had an issue. One time the worker must not have understood what my name/order was so my food sat on the table for like 10 minutes before another worker double checked my order. So my criss cut fries and sandwich were cold by the time I got home. Similarly the other time my food took a long time to get. I sat there as people who arrived after me were getting their orders...
   Read moreNot happy with the curbside pickup today. The lady name Rachel this morning brought out our drinks and we saw she tilted and it fell on her chest. There were 3 ladies there and no one clean it. When Rachel brought to us, the lid was full of soft drinks on the top and everywhere. We told her if she mind to wipe it, so it won't drip in our car. She took it unwillingly and moody. That's her job to make sure is safe for the customer, so that it won't spill in the car!! My gosh, terrible service. Also last week we ordered salad and went home found out that there's no dressing!! We put in the order and yet no dressing, we have to drive up there again to get it. This location chick FIL a is really not so good!!! It's been few mistakes they made.
I went thia morning at 9:30am to just curbside pickup a drink. I wait outside for 5 mins, no one was here. So, I parked my car and went in. First thing I saw was 2 employee chatting at the counter. Then a women JESSICA DIRECTOR was standing there playing her phone and I saw my drink was there! She was nervous to see customer and immediately put down her phone . She asked me a silly question, I was sure my drink was there and she says no then later she says that's my drink!!! I came here because is very close to my house.
