LOBBY IS VERY Dirty food on Floor under counter seat tables are super filthy ,The A/C is super Cold they turn temperature up on purpose I actually Got sick in this store for 1 week with very bad Cold ,fever i should Sue store and your so Cold your food and Hot beverages turn un healthy temperature before you can Enjoy them is way push customers and un wanted people out store so they can cut down on Labor your not doing anyone favors but your own savings benefit to the owner stop your non sense bragging with your post Reviews🤔i was here one evening for coffee that was warm not Hot or fresh and white girl with Tattoos and Lgbq Hispanic lady mid age was working and they did not come to Lobby tell customers they will be closing at 7:00 pm i was sitting in Lobby and all Lights was turn off this evening i almost fall on floor i could not see where i was walking so dark with coffee in my Hand and clear store first at Least as courtesy instead stand there talk Loud amongst there self work Drive thru and recruiting youngsters to Run store black young Lady wears yellow shirt bags food work front counter is mainly there morning mid day cant mis her is idiot low education has Horrible Attitude looks at customers turn her back to them without helping so you just keep standing there walks away she has issues with people in public mental problem with bad behavior Looks Like special ED previous drop out acts like she wants fight you that should not be in public sector or should stay Home instead. Also the parking Lot is not safe and there are transit hanging around there and begging for money be careful while getting out your car there looking at everyone coming in n out. When you come in store they will take order while standing in Line there for Long time 2 Regesters no one will cone to help additional customers its morning or Lunch is Same mangers there so un professional Hispanic younger Lady walk aroud always on phone has hair tightly on top head high lighted is absolutely waste money never gives customers 1 minute of her time or help counter there is another 1 same works early morning looks at You never ask to help or turn back Again never fails here or makes eye contact Like flirt both of them shift Leads out control situation here and completely forget about you after lousy customer service terrible management and Horrible shift leaders store manager wear glasses is Joke acts Like power freak no restaurant customer service skills i was talking to her one day she said i got Go now walk way so Rude also no toilet paper in Restroom urine on floor Dirty sink Gang Grifii on walls for several days maintenance guy is absolutely Lazy and Restaurant service technicians comes in front where there is Food walks through front Lobby to kitchen area dirty hands clothing no gloves like he was Digging in trash its Health practice violation at this facility no sanitizer in Lobby no napkins cheep owner squeak when he walks and place has No Restaurant settings Enjoy meal without bunch Non sense when you in store or when Go up to ask for something shift Lead Gloria and few others shouldn't be in this or any store fired for Lack Leadership foolishness because this grown person that has aperantly problems at Home brings to work let out on customers Horrible Service and Terrible Attitude kinda crazy in way will not Give you Refills just miserable person and talk Down to You acts like it was not paid customer Stereo type you right way and Limits everything and Will Not Give You New Coffee Cup takes Old one and put Lousy coffee inside not ask for cream or anything else just walk away all I can say is Stay Out This place or any mcdonalds in general Area owned bye this owner terrible service no one should feel un comfortable when you come to business on top of that while spending your money be treated like trash this company don't care about service it's only ...

I came in today through the drive-through I told the cashier my code she said my name and then she said “hold on “ ..she took a long time so I pulled forward. She says “hi your name is.(my name)” I say yes, and then this shorter Hispanic lady comes up to the window and says “may I help you”? I replied” I don’t know ? ..here is my code. I just placed my order.” This lady tells me that they do not have the order and had THE NERVE TO SAY I CANCELED IT, I was so in shock and angry, but kept my cool and asked her. Why would she basically say that I’m stealing? I showed her my phone and I told her the order is here. It is not canceled and I pulled out my phone with my bank showing that the payment went through. I asked for the manager because this was taking way too long AND RIDICULOUS, and she said SHE IS the manager!! I was in complete shock.! Again, she told me that I canceled the order. I told her I did not. And she said that she would honor the order this time. She also mentioned that she had no problem with this until right of this moment that I showed upMcDonald’s SHAME ON YOU For having these ignorant people as so-called managers with absolute, no manners, no training. I have the receipt number that this order went through supposedly her name is “ Gloria” She is a short older, Hispanic lady with crunchy yellow hair. I am assuming she’s trying to achieve a blonde hair look. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.. screenshot your app orders and have your bank account ready showing that the payment went through because she will bully you and insult you that you purposely canceled the order to get free food....

The kids enjoy it.i I don't have to worry about them trying to bounce on my couch or on the the beds .I can take them there when it's too hot or too cold outside. They have a separate time for the younger children entering regular times they have the younger children separated which i like even though my younger child thinks he's older like the oldest child so many times he tries to go on the other side to be with his older sibling. Maybe they can add a mini basket ball court for the toddler children like they have for the older children& teens.I just have one little issue I feel that if the children should wear the skid proof socks and the adults should wear the skid proof socks when coming in contact with the trampolines and the other areas I think it's only sanitary that the staff also do so many of times I've seen staff members approach these areas with their street shoes on(😝 yuck, gross,disgusting) I've mentioned it before to a manager the first time i saw this and it's still happening maybe not enough parents are complaining but I feel that we should because our children skin is getting in contact with the surfaces when they bounce and they they fall or laying down on the trampolines and play areas.my next step is to check with the health department because I'm sure they'll find some things with a microscope or what ever they use on those mats/ trampolines/ in sponge pits that are...
