This manager here and the employees are very very unprofessional and very rude you lost an order and a customer I will not pick up or come to this location again I Deliver food for Uber eats and they gave me such a hard time trying to pick up my order I parked my car knocked on the door they were closed there was a big line for the Drive through so I waited by the drive through window for one car to pass and there was no cars behind it so I came to the window by foot because if I got in my car and tried to go back to the drive through there would be so many cars arriving sure enough as I was talking to your very unprofessional staff and manager they kept telling me to go back to the drive through even though I already explained to them what had happened I waited for my turn and there was no cars as I was talking I would say this again sure enough so many cars drove through so it’s very very upsetting to have to go through this ordeal and lose a customer on both sides and make my night miserable for very rude unprofessional staff and a manager I will not come to this location again nor will I get customers from here....it was really unfair and very rude to treat your customers and Uber drivers that bring you business in such a manner please put some respectful employers and specially a good customer service manager to know how to understand situations and know how to deal with people very very disappointed and very upsetting to have to go through such situations because of rude and unprofessional employees btw the managers name is Ruth and someone needs to have a talk to her to teach her manners and common sense to know how to deal and...
Read moreI ordered online to avoid a longer wait time, and instead of giving it a 5 minute grace period so the kitchen can begin preparing your order while you're driving to the store, I gave it an 8 minute grace period. Still left waiting for almost an hour for my food, although I checked in with the front desk, who confirmed my order was received, and had my printed out pre-paid food order on a receipt. The manager, Guillermo, is completely negligent and irresponsibile. Instead of having a decent conversation with a customer, he deflects responsibility onto his staff, and instead of addressing a customer full-front and resuming responsibility, continues to have his back turned, disrespecting, deflecting, and disregarding a real issue. No apologies on his behalf were ever made. Why apologize for something you're not sorry for? This manager quite frankly is the worst manager you can ever come across. Because if you don't care for your job, why continue to work there? Why neglect all of your managerial responsibilities and continue to cause the restaurant to tank? With a manager like Guillermo working there, 2 stars altogether seems really appropriate. An hour for waiting, and your food is not even hot when you get home (around a 5 minute drive away). Read moreI've always had a pleasant experience in this restaurant until today. I came in at around 8:15pm and my food was ready by 8:33pm and everything was going well. I was enjoying my food UNTIL the worker named ruth started putting the chairs up very loudly I may add despite being 8:40pm or so. there were 6 customers still eating at the store. she suddenly started wiping the tables and spraying cleaner everywhere which meant chemical particles were flying everywhere including where the customers were actively eating. she literally sprayed the tables at both my sides and I had to cover the food! as if that wasn't enough she started spraying even more chemicals to wipe the floor which again meant more chemical particles flying everywhere. then she loudly stated the fountain drink machine will be shut off so we had to get drinks right then and there. we had to hurriedly down the rest of our cup so we could get even more. you'd think that was it but no, when we got ready to leave she literally said to the remaining 4 customers who were STILL eating that if they wanted to leave they should do it right now cause she's closing the door.
