The first thing happened that they messed up our order that was given as hot coffee we asked for two Frappes end it was given us a hot cinnamon coffee and the other one was a hot coffee with chocolate in it the coffee was burnt at the bottom my mom said that in the middle of the coffee it was hot or lukewarm the young one was trying to correct the problem that the that the guy did he did not take the order correctly when we was at the microphone on the speaker we corrected him twice and he still messed it up but when we got to the window the young woman at the window the blonde lady tried to correct it the coffee was burnt and it was no help after that we have went to Starbucks mini time And never had anything like that please correct...

This young employees are always more interested in their conversations than serving the customers. Every time I come here, there's never things to make a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino.
