Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Torrance

Do not come to this restaurant, constantly messing up my order and is missing either condiments, napkin, or food. Also, bad attitude when you ask for the missing item, they make it seem like your inconveniencing them. On April 8 was the last straw, I ordered a meal and nuggets then went home, I looked inside and I was missing the nuggets. I called the place no one would pick up. I wasn't about to drive far to waste gas and go back out in the 90 degree weather. So I place a complaint online on April 8 for them to contact me so I can explain in detail what happened. Now it's May 1st, ample time to get back. The worst part is that the price for the meals went up as well as the minimum wage for the employees, BUT THE SERVICE DID NOT IMPROVE. WHY SHOULD ALL OF US BE SUBJECT TO HIGHER PRICES IF WE RECIEVE BAD SERVICE. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I do not recommend this place.

I saw this place as I was stopped at the light, and it had a drive-through, so I thought I'd grab a quick snack. I sat in the line for about 5 minutes and it didn't move, so I parked and went inside to place my order. I got the Loaded Tiny Tacos, the new Roost Fries (spicy version), and an Oreo shake. I expected the Tiny Tacos to be, as the name suggests, tacos made in the same style as regular tacos, but smaller. What I got was 15 mini taco shells with meat in them thrown into a box, and in the box between them was some lettuce and melted cheese. It tasted good, but it was a mess to deal with and not what was advertised or expected. The Roost Fries were good, but overpriced. When I ordered at the drive thru I specifically asked for no silverware or napkins since I would be taking my food home. When I drove around the same person was getting the silverware, dressing and the toppers ready for my salad. I again told her I didn't want the dressing or the silverware, but I DID want the toppers. When I got home I home - no toppers, but I had silverware and dressing! I actually now wonder if she even spoke English very well! I have had similar problems in the past. I will NOT BE GOING BACK EVEN THOUGH THIS JACK IN THE BOX IS CLOSE...
