Gardena Towers Inn — Hotel in Gardena

Ok so got a room key for double beds. Went up to use the bathroom before unloading my family out and our room was dirty as if it was never cleaned. Didn't even use the bathroom. Went right up the street to CVS to get my baby some diapers and back to motel like 15 mins there and back. Went to talk to owner about them cleaning the room he said no. Asked for another double bed room and he said he was all out. I asked for a refund and he claimed I was gone for an hour which is a straight lie. So no refund. The best he could do was offer us a room with a king size bed and since he gave us no other options we took it. The 5 of us slept horribly that night and 3 of us were my children. We only chose this place because it was close to my aunt's home and we were going to spend the next day with her. The owner was deeply offended that I even asked for a cleaned room, a new room and a refund. If you want a clean place where your kids feel safe and you have piece of mind this is not it. Spend a couple bucks more right up the street because when this owner does not care about the customer let alone their small children that should speak volumes to any parents out there. If you take a look at the Interior of the rooms that should say enough. It's dirty run down and it's crawling with bugs. Horrible customer service we will never return to this disgusting place. rented a room for a week. room smells of old cigarettes.roaches everywhere pillows and sheets stained, pillows are as flat as a sheet of paper. lights In kitchen and bathroom did not work the first night she said she would have someone fix it in the morning .i came back from work that night , still broken, and no answer at the front desk. came home from work the next night still not fixed I went to the front desk to complain to the owner ms. whatever her name is and she got mad at me told me to wait until the morning I told her I couldnt want to shower and use the kitchen and if not I wanted a refund she refused called the police and at that point I just got all my things and left. the police said they are at the motel every week and they helped me get the remainder of the money back. morale of the story do not stay at this motel owner does not care about property money hungry didn't even get...

Owners weren't considerate of people who work early and arrive home late. Full of roaches. Didn't want to give KEY deposit back because they felt a room wasn't cleaned to their standard. First off, the key deposit is for the key, I returned that. Second, their definition of clean was to throw trash bins out in dumpster, making the bed and get on my HANDS and KNEES to wipe off the floor in the bathroom, kitchen and main room with a small dirty towel...just because they are too cheap to hire housekeepers. Rooms were gross when I checked in and I'm guessing its because they had some other (messier) poor soul cleaning up to get their deposit back too. Very money hungry, rude and made for an...
