I really hate to be this person. I love to give good happy reviews. And I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s job. I understand they just opened.
I ordered mine and both my sons’ food on the Chipotle app to pick up at 3:10 after school. Got there on time and the young lady at the window was super nice at first. Said here it is. Ready to go. I thought, “Yeah awesome, this is a good sign.” She asks me what drinks for the kids. I tell her, she gets them. All good. I’m then comparing everything I ordered and paid for on the app, to what I have.
Then she says have a good day and starts to shut the window. I’m like wait, I need the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. She gets it. Tries to shut the window again. Wait! I don’t have my watermelon limeade! She starts to get a little annoyed at this point and is rushing me off, “We can’t do that at the window, you have to come in.” Which I’m totally fine with. So I pull around and come inside and come to the counter to grab my cup so I could go make it. I tell the guy at the counter what the exchange was in the drive thru. He said, “She’s training. We ARE supposed to get it for you.” Hands me a cup. I go around to the side where the drinks are to make my cup. Then I’m realizing, wait a minute.. this is supposed to be a Large 32 oz cup. I have a much smaller cup in my hand. So I go back up and the girl I talked to at the window, is now talking to me at the counter, and says “yeah I was wondering why you had a smaller cup when you took it from him.” Okay, so she gives me a 32oz cup and says “Ohh! Here’s your bag of chips I also forgot to put in your stuff!” Wow, great thanks! Would have needed that.
Go back to the car and at this point I’m like— son, let me have that whole bag. I’m checking everything. So I take it all out and the Queso cup is TINY. I ordered those chips she forgot to give me with the LARGE queso. So I get out of my car again and go back in and I’m holding the baby cup of cheese, ask her again for a large queso. She apologizes and makes a joke about herself. I just feel embarrassed for them now and kinda laugh. I mean I understand we all have bad days and learning new things. But. This was an online order for pickup, I didn’t want to come inside and spend 15 minutes here coming in and out— that’s why I ordered online….
Get back home and my NON picky kids who are 11 and 5 and have very diverse palette, are not happy. They have hardly any meat in their quesadillas. The chips are absolutely stale. Like you can’t even chew them, stale. I don’t think I’ve had chips this stale at any restaurant before, ever. I am severely annoyed now. The queso is thicker than sour cream and tastes like mostly flour and is too spicy. It’s not mild at all. My lemonade/limeade I poured myself at the counter wasn’t great at all. They need more sugar for sure.
The only good thing out of this whole situation: My quesadilla was good and had plenty of meat. And the kids meals are 5.00. The rest of this whole experience was a waste of time. I can think of much better Mexican food around for the price. Sorry I had to be...
Read moreI tried to avoid doing this..but the servings are DRASTICALLY smaller than other Chipotles. 37.00 for a burrito and bowl because in order for it to be more than HALF a spoon of food. You need to pay for double portions. Then it was explained that they are only supposed to give the smallest cup size portion of meat..I visit Chipotles ALLLLL the time and even asked a manager at another location...and she confirmed that's not true. The young man making the burrito used the same gloves from being near the register to make the food...and overall I was just disgusted and decided to move forward. He struggled rolling the burrito which ultimately was half rolled..with only rice,chicken and queso..which was NOT queso..more like flour something.. The cashier ALWAYS seems annoyed to be working an after school job..this was my 3rd and FINAL time trying this location. It was bad. Rice was not fully cooked..some of it was chewy and hard....chicken and steak was NOT fresh...just looked old.
Listen..Chipotles are about getting quality food, portions and service..WORK ON IT. We are PAYING for this..nothing is free...contrary to the young man fixing the food stating" the meat is expensive" ok, and IM PAYING we're not at a...

We were ordering bowls and the lady on the line helping her offered half and half of the protein option in which my mom had never heard about. The manager then snaps at the worker helping her and says there is not a half and half option…. Which there is I’ve been to Chipotle a million times but my mom is more of a newbie. So we told her how that wasn’t professional the way she addressed her worker and she told us “that’s the way she talks” and then proceeds to tell us to call the cops because we weren’t gonna get our food and put it behind the counter. Just ridiculous. I’ve been going to Chipotle and have been a member for years but if they let people like LISA KLINE manage their restaurants with a condescending tone towards workers and customers then shame on them and they don’t have to worry about our business anymore. Even the customer ahead of us said the same thing about her attitude and another customer on our way out of the restaurant....
