I never actually got my pizzas. The review Iâm giving is based upon poor service, a lack of organization in the Gardendale branch management, and the resulting ineptitude when I tried to redeem a credit promised to me for the series of blunders and mishaps. When I ordered two gluten-free pizzas initially, my card was charged and within 20 minutes I got a phone call saying they only had one gluten-free pizza. I was polite and said that would be fine, when a while later I got another call saying they did not have any gluten-free pizzas. They canceled the order and my card by this time had been charged twice and hopefully has been credited the amount by now. I had to cancel my order and the manager offered to put a $25 credit on my account for the next order. I agreed and was satisfied with that arrangement. When I called to order today, the manager on duty at first said they did not know what I was talking about and then after searching around in their office for a piece of paper found a note that said I was due a $10 credit. A round of arguments and debate ended up going nowhere and here I am, complaining to the general public. It is my most sincere hope that at least one person doesnât make an order and it will cost the branch $25. I will feel somewhat remunerated for my time...
Read moreWorse experience ever. Super Bowl was last week right? We buy at least once a week. Got here to pick up. They never heard of us and didnât have our phone # in the computer. Odd? Since I have been thanked for tipping and all. Must be a new crew tonight. So went to Fultondale to see if maybe our 6 pizzas were there. They were not Came back to Gardendale. Folks lined out the door men fusing and women looking annoyed. Placed my order and watched in terror as they catastrophically tried to please the masses. Funny thing the guy that took my order never asked for phone # and when I looked at the board there was my name. Not misspelled but just like Mom gave me LORIA. Guess I was in the computer. Just donât order pizza if youâre tired on Friday night. You might have to wait a long time. Just saying. Wasnât mine or...
Read morewaited 25+ mins for my curbside delivery to be brought to my car last Friday between 5:30 and 6pm. I was sick/in pajamas so I opted for the contact-free curbside delivery so I could remain in my car with a mask. I was sitting directly in front of the building with my hazards on, I checked in on the app, and I texted âhereâ to the SMS per instructed. At least 5 employees walked past me, some multiple times. For a building with at least 4 posters advertising curbside delivery, it sure is embarrassing that it took close to a half an hour for their employees to bring out my (one pizza) order. When someone finally did, he offered me a âthanks for your patience!â with no further explanation. Wonât be using or recommending this...
