Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered via DoorDash on 5/25. My order consisted of 8 coffee orders and 2 1/2 dozen donuts. To my surprise my DoorDasher sent me a message stating the management was rude and could not make the coffee order. I was a bit confused by the message and immediately was routed a new driver. 10 minutes go by and I receive any other message from the new Dasher stating management is being extremely rude and won’t make the coffee. I did not see the message in enough time to respond. To my surprise the donuts were deliver but no coffee.
I then decided to call the establishment to get a better understanding of what was happening. Did I need to go pick up my coffee? Were the Dashers being treated unfairly? I was truly confused.
When I got on the phone with the manager he immediately started yelling. Asking “Do you know how many orders you put in?” “Did you take in account how my staff could get that done?” He was clearly angry and I proceeded to state “I’m unsure how that is my problem as I only selected the options given to me through DoorDash.” The manager did not like that response and resulted to hanging up in my face.
This was truly a horrible experience! Thinking you are going to speak with management to come up with a solution but instead I spoke to a little boy that wants to claim he is the boss but cannot handle minor situations accordingly. A coward is...
Read moreI came in and asked the young woman working if they carried any fruit flavors. I decided to get the Orange and Strawberry combination. It was delicious, reminded me of sherbet! That being said, it was a little concerning seeing that she was the only one working, especially during a rush. She seemed to be trying her best but I couldn’t help but feel bad. Shouldn’t there be someone there to help? Like another employee or a manager? It was clear that this girl was pretty new so it’s not possible that she would be a manager. If not for productivity, have another person working for safety. As if something were to happen or someone would fall and hurt themselves, there would be no immediate help until someone else were to come in. Read moreThis location seems to have gone downhill. I've ordered letter-shaped birthday donuts from here a couple times and they've always done a great job. We've since moved further away (closer to a different Daylight location), but decided to order from here due to my previous positive experiences. Won't be making that mistake again! Drove 20mins in rush hour traffic to find out they messed up my order (which I had placed over a week in advance, so plenty of time to make sure they'd be done correctly). Not very helpful in trying to rectify their mistake, and I was supposed to get a call from the owner, which has yet to happen.
