Alright Ms. Owner. This is the actual person that was in the store puffin on that green vape. You were doing nothing the whole time but giving me dirty looks. You said "please don't do that in the store" so I apologized and said I wouldn't do it again. And then you proceeded to start yelling at me, and I wasn't even inhaling the vape when you started yelling at me. You must live a depressing life, depressing enough to yell at children and threaten to call the cops because I was walking around the complex. Planet Sub isn't the only place around there. I can walk away as I wish without you getting mad. What I do on public property, is absolutely none of your concern.

I'm welcome in that sorry excuse for a sandwich shop, any time I want ma'am, you cannot be there to tell me to get out every day, nor can you really control it. Your employees don't care enough to hand the food out to customers when it's done, they sure won't care about a kid being there. Stay in your lane...

Food is always great and I've spoken with the owner several times who is very sweet. But it is slow and the service is poor, even when I am the only one in the building food takes a long time and there's often no one waiting at the register when I arrive. Which I can tell is just because they're understaffed. The woman who took my order today seemed very pushy and rude, and gave me attitude about ordering yelled that she couldn't hear me several times which I felt was because of my mask. She corrected me very rudely that its called temp-AH not tempeh (tempay) which isn't even correct. Went here tonight at 7:40 as the hours on Apple Maps said they closed at 9. I’m not from here so I don’t know what time they close so I drove like 20 min to get here. Walk in, lady doesn’t even acknowledge me at first and then I said hi to her she ignored that I said hi and looks so annoyed that she has to work at her job. I asked her a question and she got a dirty look on her face and looked at me like I was stupid. They didn’t have the bread I could have for my stomach issues anyway but I left. It’s okay!
