I've ordered the same sandwich online three times now and they never get it right. There's literally 3 ingredients. The service is horrible. You will be ignored when you walk in. I have had to get the attention from one or two of the 5+ employees just to be acknowledged. There was one female employee who had the worst oral hygiene, she looked unkempt and her hair was dirty and all over the place. No one could understand any of the names she called out so customers asked eachother but ultimately had to ask her to repeat the name. To which she acted like she shouldn't have to. No name tag either. Once went there and the person wandering around behind the counter not helping take orders or cleaning up, or making sandwiches appeared to be high. There is barely any space to stand and wait for your food to be prepared because the place is tiny. I felt uncomfortable amd awkward standing so close to people eating at a table 6 inches from where I was standing. Be prepared to wait outside and constantly go in and check on your order. I like Togo's but for this place to have the audacity to open after hiring the people they hired is making me question whether Subway is a better option. They provide a small, hot dining room with a bathroom door that faces out towards the dining area and a table RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, YUCK! Another time the dining area was packed. Tables occupied, standing room only. An employee comes out from the back with two very full garbage bags, raises them as high as they could and walks through the dining area and out the door. One garbage bag was leaking and the other was brushing against people in line waiting to order. If they want to keep customers they need to figure out a better way to arrange the inside, get rid of the rude and/or high employees and teach basic customer service skills and cleanliness. I would not recommend...
Read moreI have ben eating at Togos since I was in high-school, would save my allowance to eat there in 1983 in the pleasant hill store. Wr drive to Sparks frome Gardnerville to get a sandwich from there. The Gardnerville location is not even close to the real deal. It like a Subway sandwich not a Togoes not even close. People that like it have never experienced a real Togoes sandwich. My favorite was the BBQ sandwich, it no longer on the minu. I'm ok with that but the pastrami was the best as well. Take some advice from the Sparks store. They you got it and you didn't. Make me sad. Cary on...
