Horrible service. The store Manager Shabazz?!đwas very rude.... very unprofessional and disrespectful to my wife. Over the phone.(Fake tough pizza guy) He actually sounded so depressed working there. Was sad tbh. We placed an order online along with tip...waited for over two hours....their incompetent driver dropped off our food at the wrong address. We called and asked the whereabouts of our food...we were told we needed to talk to the manager because the driver claimed he dropped it off at the correct location. Only to realize it was at the wrong address....dummies... we asked for a refund we were told no and that he would remake it. When I asked how long it will take lol tough guy (Shabazz lol) replied whenever itâs out the oven. Listen...If you hate your job that much(sounds like you really do)..and you donât wanna slang pizzas all day. Go to college lol.... learn a trade...be a plumber ?! You mad at me because you come home every night smelling like tomato sauce and bad decisions. Itâs simple we paid for a pizza... we never received a pizza...refund our money? No?! Lol ok make a new one. Donât want to do that either ? Youâre in the wrong place my guy. You slang pizzas...itâs ok lol but get in the back and fire up that oven. đ We did call Pizza Hutâs customer service (great convo by the way)and your name and the incident has been sent to HR via email. I have all the email traffic. According to the representative we talked to (Mr Shabazz ) isnât store manager material ...should and will be fired, so look out for that email buddy. Also, we were advised by Pizza Hut customer service that if our money isnât refunded in the next few days to file a police report against Mr. Shabazz for fraudulent charges. You sounded so tough over the phone. It was a simple fix.All you had to do was be respectful and remake the pizza lol Think about it...YOU guys messed up and had the audacity to not refund or remake a pizza. Poor judgment...
   Read moreI decided to go with Pizza Hut for Super Bowl and let me tell you this was the worse pizza experience I encounter today. I tried to beat the rush by ordering at 4:35pm and pick up time schedule for 7:30pm when arrived there were at least 20 people waiting for it order.. one customer was a DoorDash and she waited 2-3 hours on her food. They were short staff on a busy Super Bowl Sunday we all waited hours for pizza. I missed half the game and half time show and my kids all was disappointed because no one was able to eat till after 8:30 when I finally receive half my order. There was an employee dad in the lobby he decided to to help the team out because there was no order in this Pizza Hut at all. Pizza was falling out the oven onto floor. Not sure where was managers at but they needed help. So many frustrated customers including myself. This was my first time going to this location and with my bad experience I will not return here. I should of went with my first mind and that was Marco Pizza but I havenât ate Pizza Hut in years so we all was like yeah letâs get Pizza Hut and that Alfredo pasta.. well we never got that!! When I recieved my order, cheese bite pizza looked complete different from the picture. it wasn't cheese bite pizza it was just regular pizza. I did not recieved garlic knots, instead I recieved breadsticks. On the receipt they still charged my order as cheesybite pizza and a garlic knots price. So I thought my order got switched with someone else's so I called. This lady was very rude and saying we don't have garlic knot that's why we gave you bread stick. I replied I never wanted the breadstick I wanted the garlic knots that's why i ordered that and if you didnt had it why didnt you call and comfirm? and she said I don't know we don't have garlic knots. First of all it shouldn't event let me allowed to place garlic knot order if they don't have it. Second, she should have call and confirm if that is okay with me but I did not receive any phone call. Third, prices between the garlic knot and breadsticks are different they should have adjust that. She did NONE of these and didnt even apologize, she was kept on saying I don't know why order went through!
