I am absolutely horrified at the audacity of this store. I ordered pizzas and garlic knots. Was told my delivery time was about an hour. Im patient. I get it. Sometimes it gets busy. While I have 3 hungry kids here..we waited by the window after awhile expecting the driver any second. My phone then goes off, with a text message saying my order was cancelled?! Confused, I politely called the store to ask why my order was cancelled and explained I've been waiting an hour. The manager then tells me I called and cancelled my order. This is not true, so I tell him Why would I be concerned with my text saying its cancelled if I cancelled it myself. This man consistently told me I CALLED THEM TO CANCEL! I Was livid! He tried to convince me I'm obviously delusional and had cancelled the order myself!!!! He said I called and complained about the wait and cancelled. Which is false!! I told him I'd come up and like to see his call log to show me I called . he said he doesn't have caller ID. I Then said... So when the person who indeed did cancel their order ends up receiving it because they cancelled the wrong order then will he understand he made a mistake? I was told "No because I called and cancelled" this is the most condescending, bazaar and ludicrous thing to ever happen to me!!! To be told I did something I did not do, repetitively was agitating and ridiculous! I lost my patience and did shout obscenities after legitimately trying to explain I did not call to cancel! Moses, you should of been a better problem solver and just assured me that my order was coming since I obviously wanted my order even after being told Itd been cancelled. Instead you were condescending, completely off putting and incapable of providing conflict resolution and effective problem solving....
Read moreClearly, this location needs new management. This is the second time I've ordered from this location a d both times the order was late. The first time was not by much, but this time it was over 20 minutes. Having a gluten intolerance and having to purchase a tiny overpriced gluten free pizza is already ridiculous, but then when such a thin pizza is that late, its bound to be cold. It arrived barely warm, and the driver gave attitude suggesting that they were busy. I'm not blaming the driver. This is a problem with management. Hire more drivers, and make sure they are polite. I called in to let the location know and contact to see where my pizza was and they used the same excuse that they were really busy. Holding a management position is not excuse to have your employees do your bidding. It's meant for the a accountability and work to fall on your shoulders along with a better pay. Hopefully, these reviews are taken seriously. Thanks for reading.
Added an edit 3 weeks later (11/30/18) Yet another bad experience has left me furious with this location. I called the store after having waited about 20 minutes after my order was to be received. The manager was rude, gave multiple excuses, and had no way go ensure when my pizza would arrive. (Mind you she is telling this to a pregnant woman) Apparently, this time there was a system shut down. I've ordered from Papa John's for years in multiple states, and this is by far the absolute worst experience I've had. In fact, it is the worst experience I've had with any restaurant/pizza place. At this point, I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Hopefully, I do receive a refund, but I'm sure I won't. I'm sure it will be a credit on the account or just plain skipped over given the manager's excuses and system errors. Worst...
Read moreSo I ordered a pizza online last night which I’ve ordered from here numerous times never a problem but last night I get a text saying my pizza is on it’s way. So I go downstairs of my building so I’m outside when he/she arrives also there were 2 other people standing out there with me an we just talking. After about 7mins or so I see this car slowly riding by now I realize it’s the pizza delivery person which this person goes a few houses down an turns an sits in the drive way for a minute. Pulls back out an keeps going with my pizza so I’m instantly mad and realizing that this person see 3 black men standing outside at night an got scared. I call today because I need answers because I paid for a pizza that I didn’t receive and no one called to tell me I wasn’t getting what I already paid for online. So I call an I’m speaking with the general manager she had no clue this happened first mistake no communication she see I have been a regular customer with no issues. She informs me that at least once a day they get prank calls with people testing out debit cards I guess which has nothing to do with me second mistake stereotyping. I’m a manager for a big retail chain an if I looked at every customer that came into my store like they wanted to steal something or accuse them I would not have a job for long on top of that my store/company would have some problems.
