McDonald's — Restaurant in Garfield

Terrible as can be. I’ve been coming here mostly drive through orders for years now. I have a big family so I usually order a lot. Mistakes get made, I understand. I never complained. Not even when something major was missing. NEVER once.. Recently, I went about 3 or 4 days in a row. Something was always not right so after the last time, I decided to call up as soon as I get home which was within ten minutes. I explained what happened and the manager at first told me that I should double check. This was after they already had me pull into a waiting spot for them to bring out my order and before I pulled into the spot I said please get my order right because it’s been wrong so many times. The worker repeated it all back to me and assured me it would be correct. My order was taken out and I pulled off. Why should i have to check my order? They should make sure a customer receives the correct order. She was so rude from the beginning. She took down my name and told me the next time I come, give my name and I would get a free 20 piece nugget and 4 sauces. She didn’t say make sure you bring your receipt, nothing! So two days later, I decided to go. I ordered a few things ( not just what was supposed to be free!) and then at the end, I explained that I was owed a 20 piece nugget with 4 sauces. I pull up to the first window to pay. The manager with an attitude again, says where’s your receipt? Now, I save everything but since she never told me I had to bring it, I didn’t have it on me but was searching. It was taking long, I was holding up the line so I said okay listen, I’ll pay for the 20 nuggets again since I don’t have my receipt on me. Well, not only did they ring up the nuggets but they forgot fries this time. I’m in the process of gathering all of my receipts over the past two months and this time not only go inside but I plan on contacting cooperate. This manager is so rude, mean and unprofessional. I’m sick and tired of paying for things and not getting what I pay for. It’s ridiculous that they can’t seem to double check orders and make sure e erupting from straws to sauces to the whole order being correct! I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble and I’ve never complained up until this point! Why couldn’t the manager write down my name the date and what was owed to me? Just bc she forgot, doesn’t mean that I was lying. Or, she could have said when you come, make sure you bring your receipt! It’s simple! What horrible customer service! She chose to work in this type of industry not me! Dealing with customers is a part of it and if you don’t like people, don’t work in an industry where you have to deal with people! I’m insulted. I’m sure people lie and they here stories all the time but I wasn’t even there for the free food and I ordered 20+$ worth of stuff! I’m...

I could not give 0 so i gave them a one. Me and my husband came to these McDonald’s at 8:20 pm we went to the drive thou. And we’re told to pull up to number one . We get 2 Quarter pounders with cheese and 1 fish sandwich and nuggets and fry’s . Once we received our order the by young male and as we are checking the order we notice there is no sauce so we ask him for sauce and he said he will bring it back and we waited ten minutes and he never showed we then had to wait for a lady to bring our someone else’s order and by that time we noticed there was no cheese on our burgers so we had handed our burgers to her and she says she’s going to add cheese and warm them up Bc by this time they were cold . We processed to wait for 15 more minutes . Fed up we reversed back to the 2nd window and there is the lady that took our order from us standing there talking to the young man that never came back to give us our sauce and another lady at the window . We ask were our food is she turns around and hands us our food that was just sitting there on the counter. She had completely forgot about us and had the nerve to give us attitude when we asked what took so long . We asked for a manger and she told us that there was no manger there and she couldn’t give us a refund even though our food was cold . I will never ever go to another McDonald’s in my life . I’ve gone through the drive thru here for years, no major issues that i’ve ever encountered. just your standard fast food. however tonight we sat in the dining room and ate for the first time. what a great experience! you wouldn’t know it was a mcdonald’s if the food wasn’t wrapped up. the service is the sole reason for me writing this review. the person in between the register and kiosks was incredibly kind and helpful. the restaurant was well staffed to where we got our food hot and quick right to the table. not only that, but they came back a minute later to see if we needed anything else, offered sauces, napkins, straws etc. we ate our food which was hot and tasted fresh and our order was accurate. then someone happened to notice when we were finishing up and he came and grabbed our garbage for us. there was someone walking around the dining room, bathrooms, and outside perimeter and drive thru keeping everything clean. when we got up to leave with our toddler, another employee took the high chair and returned it for us and we saw her wiping it down immediately. the whole crew working at this location on monday 6/10 around...
