24/7 Tacos — Restaurant in Garland

I had a bad experience. I went to buy tacos & quesadilla. There is a short lady that cooks there, always gives us bad service. Always so picky with the sauces which I understand. I don’t mind paying for it. But always fills it only halfway and I’m paying for the whole sauce. Today, I had an argument with this lady because she wanted to give me old chicken. Not even actual chicken it was itty bitty pieces of hard chicken. She told me that’s the only chicken they had left. The guy that’s working there with her had brought some fresh chicken out and I had argued with her about lying to us. She said she didn’t know anything because she wasn’t cooking. But she was cooking? I didn’t understand. She’s giving out the food and preparing it as well. She then started yelling at us because she said we don’t know what we’re saying. She starts yelling about that the sauce is extra and I asked her to stop yelling at me that I understand it’s extra.But she gave us half filled cups! We noticed we didn’t get our sour cream with the quesadillas because of how angry she was with us for wanting good service. Really bad customer service with this lady. Never again buying from this...

1st time customers don't have access to the restrooms so they are supposed to eat without washing their hands. Disgusting. No wonder why some previous reviews say thay people who ate there became sick. 1st time customersare supposed to know that they must wash their hands at a tiny sink next to the tables with no sign/soap or whatsoever instead of using the restrooms which done at every single food establishment. The manager has the attitude that she is the owner of the business (which I don't know) and customers have to do as she sa. Customers who pay for a service have to beg the staff to use the restrooms because the cleanning staff/manager ( hispanic woman) dont want to do their job. Bottom line They don't care about customer service so I'm not coming back. I used to go to a taco joint that was 24/7 in Irving and I really miss eating there. A friend of mine told me about this place, so of course me loving tacos... I'm down! So we stopped in here after our walk and I ordered my usual. When it came out, it came out fast. I love when orders are speedy. Got my food sat down and ate. It was so good! I will definitely be coming back to eat here again. If you want anything remotely close to San Diego tacos (located in Irving or NRH) this is the best place to go. The cost of it is decent for a LOT of food. I get a quesadilla with rice and beans on the side. They load up two small to-go boxes with beans and rice, and then they load up the quesadilla with two different cheeses and add on a LOT of meat.
