My dad introduced me to this little hidden gem in 2024 and I always make an effort to go back when the opportunity comes. From the menudo, to the pupusas, tacos, and chilaquiles. I ordered the Desayuno Salvadoreno and it was marvelous. Creamy, long-sliced sweet plantains, perfect eggs, ranchero style, lovely beans, and the crema. THAT was the star of the show, with the distinct flavour.

Read moreI recently just moved back to Dallas from Garland and what I miss the most are the pupusas from La Flor De Maria! These are honestly the best in Garland in my opinion. The masa that they use is so fluffy and they get it to be so thin so they can fill them with whatever filling you want. They serve more obscure Salvadorian fillings as well as the more popular one that everyone loves!
