Worse Subway ever!!!!BAD customer service, I go to 4 other locations, this one is one I will never go back, they dont know what they are doing. On my way to work I stopped there to get my usual wrap so I have food for a night shift, I always get the same thing, Turkey, bacon, avocado wrap. But instead the Turkey I substitute for chicken (I can't eat Turkey) NEVER HAD A PROBLEM DOING THIS BEFORE UNTIL.... LAST NIGHT IN THIS PLACE. Where this lady, want to charge me $10 plus on my wrap, stating that substitute the Turkey for chicken was going to mess up they inventory!?!?!.. are you for real?... so I didn't take my wrap, she told me I could talk to her manager, I have no time for all this conversation. I had to go work SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE ever did this for me. She said everyone was doing wrong that she is the only one doing right. Result of a VERY BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE. I have been going to this Subway for about a year now and I have finally had enough of this girls bad attitude.. I think she is unaware that she chose her job. I am not sure of her name but I believe that she is a "manager" of some sort. She literally ridicules the other staff in front of a line of customers when she can easily pull someone to the back and give them some direction. She will make eye contact with you when you walk in the door (while she's sitting at a table making a schedule or writing in a notebook), with a straight face and yell to another employee to greet you... OR she will just completely ignore that you have walked in.. Like she can't be bothered to provide customer service. She has walked away several times when a customer (I have witnessed her disrespect to other customers as well, not only first handedly to myself) is speaking to her. Due to an error on subway's behalf my order was received by the app but not the store. I waited over 40mins to be told that I would receive a full refund as AJ assured me the charge would never go through. Spoiler alert! The charge did in fact go through so I gave AJ a call immediately. He feigns surprise and invites me to come back to his location to "prove it" and offers me a refund. Within 3 mins of hanging Dan calls me back to tell me that they will NOT refund me. Instead I must now dispute the charge with my bank. Over promise under deliver.
