For some reason or another my transaction would not fully go through, so of course I left the drive-thru to not hold up the line and went inside to call my bank to see what the holdup was.... since they already made the food I figured I would get the problem solved. Besides my issue, the manager on duty did not act like she cared at all and treated me as if I were nobody. I had plenty of money in my account for whatever reason there was a glitch happening on top of that she wanted me to pay the full price for my order again when she hadn't even refunded the money that my card was able to swipe for. So ultimately I paid 6.99 for 2 large drinks. As someone who had worked in the food industry also in management (Customer SERVICE) I think she could have handled the situation better... it was already quite embarrassing and the way she treated me made it worse. I kept my calm and apologized for the situation her workers were nicer than she was and she kept passing things off to them that they didn't have managerial authority to do on the terminal. Someone needs to have a talk with this manager on duty & give her an attitude check and she needs to be more empathetic with her customers especially when they are dealing with something as simple as a glitch with their Bank. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box. I am now at Arby's where my purchase was even a little bit bigger because their food is a bit more expensive and what do you know my card went through absolutely perfectly fine. I honestly just don't think she knew what she was doing and when I asked her to void my 699 transaction she looked at me like I was stupid. I definitely want that money back I was going to pay 699 for two drinks I would go to the bar and get a...
Read moreDisappointed with this location. Made an order for four people including a kids meal in the drive-thru. They gave us our food and off we went to find out that they completely forgot to give us the kids meal and a drink. We tried reaching them for a whole 20 minutes, every time we called no one would ever answer. Finally, after what seemed like forever they answered and we explained to them that they forgot to include the kids meal in our bags and the fourth drink, the young lady on the phone replied saying that they had the meal and drink there with them. We asked her if she was able to refund us the money for those items and said she couldn’t because she didn’t have a card info, but then we said we’ll give her the card number but, she replied saying that they can’t manually punch in card numbers, since when does a big corporation business like that unable to manually punch in card numbers?!?!! Makes no sense!!! She said that the only options were to either go back and pick up our meal (which surely it would be cold by the time we get there) and also make sure we take back the other meals they gave us as well which makes no sense because clearly they had our missing food there with them, or just not do anything about it because there was nothing she could do about the situation, oh and we were speaking to the “Manager” Luz is what she said her name was. All we wanted was credit back for the missing food, we didn’t even want the food anymore at this point. We asked for a corporate number or someone we could speak to high above her and said she didn’t know of a number we could contact. Makes no sense. Poor customer service and such an...
Read moreI go here often for both breakfast or lunch, depending on my schedule, as it's this or McDonald's. Lunch is always good! But breakfast... I got to know the manager as a regular in the morning and she was very sweet after a very odd order snafu the visit before. The other day, I drove thru at about 5am, as I do, and ordered my usual and a large drink. She said they were out of everything large. Weird, but okay! I pull up and lay eyes on the large cups, and I point them out. She says "please, we're very busy." I am literally the only one in or at the whole restaurant, but okay! Then she says that there are no large lids. Well.. okay but.. I look at the large lids.. and accept that I won't get a large. Today, 5am, I roll through to see if maybe it was an off day the last time. Again, she rings up a small drink. At the window, I ask if she charged me for a large and she tells me "no large lids" I shoot the large lids a frustrated glare and she proceeded to give me the largest drink. Now I'm very confused about all of this and wondering what the point was. I'll not be visiting this restaurant again. I refuse to feel like I have to argue to get what they offer on the menu every time I go thru. Which is a shame because the food is good and it really helps me out for the early days and I don't like...
