We stopped by and went thru the drive thru today. It was 2:00 PM on Saturday and only one car in front of us. We waited a few minutes before being addressed. While attempting to order, the employee kept stopping us. We’d wait and he’d come back on and ask “anything else”. We attempted to order a pumpkin loaf but they were out. When we asked for a cranberry bliss bar, he mumbled that they were out of that too. Immediately he then said, “ok a cranberry bliss bar, anything else.” Our order: Creme Brûlée Frappuccino, Peppermint WHITE Mocha, Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar. We received a Snowman Cookie and the Mocha first. We waited a few more minutes for the Frap. The Frappuccino was noticeably wrong and we had to insist it was wrong. They handed us a Toasted White Mocha. When we got the correct drink it was made sloppily. I waited for my Peppermint White Mocha to cool before trying it. I was almost home before drinking it. It was a Mocha. No Peppermint and No White Chocolate. And I do not like their mocha flavor. We will not be back. The weekend service is lousy and appears management isn’t planning on doing anything. Read moreI ran inside to get two protein snacks and NO drink. There were NO customers inside the store and 3 employees. I grabbed my items and set them on the counter. Nobody acknowledged me. I had to get their attention using my voice loudly, saying EXCUSE ME, 3 separate times. The cashier who rang up my snacks was talking to her co-worker about her boyfriend the whole time, with her body turned to her co-worker. I asked her politely for a bag. May I PLEASE have a bag. She did not hear me because she was talking about her boyfriend to her co-worker. On the FOURTH TIME I finally got her attention and she pushed a bag over the counter at me. Like putting my two items into the bag isn’t in her job description. I was so offended at these 3 women doing the bare minimum and being rude and snarky to affluent customers. Read moreThis time I had to pay for my order as usual, but last time at the drive-thru, Felicia surprised me at the window by informing me that my roommate's and my $20+ order was free! I had to literally throw some cash at her and drive off to get her to accept a tip. I've always been impressed with the service by the veteran baristas at this location. Occasionally there are issues with a new trainee who just isn't that familiar with the job yet, but every comment and complaint at this store has been effectively dealt with, consistently. Service here is truly over and above expectations. I don't know these people personally, but I always feel like I do whenever I see them. Special recognition for Ginger and Amber as well.
