Texas 2024: Destination #27 I finally got a chance to try their well known thin crispy bánh xèo. It's the best bánh xèo from a restaurant I have tasted.
All the restaurants I have tried in Florida make it with a thick batter drenched and saturated in oil.
Lá Xanh restaurant aced it with their thin crispy batter with little oil. So yes, I highly recommend trying their bánh xèo here.

Good thing on sundays they open slightly later so I was able to order 1 to go and it was delicious! It's slightly more expensive than Bistro B's, like by $1-2, but the difference in the price is totally worth it! I find that their banh Xeo isn't as oily and still filled with delicious goodness.
