Came to this McDonald's because they are right down the road from my house. I knew I shouldn't have because they can never get an order correct. You can come through and get just a tea and they still find a way to mess that up.
I'm came through today and made my order and when I get to the window the girls hands me stuff and then shuts the window before I can say anything even though I immediately noticed they didn't give me the McCurry they charged me for. I sat there for 4 minutes while she refused to open the window. When she did, she had an attitude and asked me what do I want.
When I told her I didn't get the Mcflurry I paid for she told me they don't have ice cream and wanted me to exchange it for an ice coffee. And when I told her that's not what I wanted and that's why i didn't order it her answer was.... " what do you want me to do then...." I figured a refund was like the super obvious response to that.
Now when I get home is when I realize they also didn't give me my son's apple slices, the large fry I ordered, they put mustard on my burger even though I asked for there not to be any and the receipt said it.
I go back to that location and give all the food back because at this point I don't want their food and I just want my money back. She gives me my refund and won't give me a number to file a complaint. And when I get to my car I realize, she didn't refund me for everything.
1- give your customers a chance to speak 2- if you can't give then their food than refund it, don't substitute it. We didn't order something else. 3- make sure the orders are right. 4- when you give a refund, give it all not half of it.
They are literal by definition thieves, go there if you don't want to get food, waste your time and then want them to...
Read moreUpdate: 11/13/24 I wanted to add that they ARE NOT open 24 hours. They close at midnight and they stop online orders at 11:45pm. The app and Google both say 24 hours, which are incorrect. I’m not sure what their weekend hours are, but these are weekday hours at least. ——————
We ordered Grubhub, and in that aspect we had no issues with the driver. Bag was still sealed, he was quick etc. This McDonalds is very close to our home for the food to stay hot.. that is if it was even fresh.
This location is the worst in the area. They also charge more. They always get orders wrong, the staff is rude and the food sucks. I wish Grubhub and delivery services let you pick which McDonalds you can order from, but it doesn’t let you.
My McRib meal sucked . They added pickles whenever I said no pickles, my fries were cold and stale, and even then they didn’t even fill the fry box. It was filled half way, if even that. It was much like a small fry instead of a medium. My “sweet” tea was unsweetened, and included no straw. I would like to add this was not the drivers fault because McDonald’s packages everything together so it’s sealed, including drinks for delivery orders.
My husbands burgers were crappy in the way that the buns were stale and the meat was on totally side ways. The only good thing is they gave him two slices of cheese on the McDouble which consists of only one typically, and he also ordered a double cheeseburger that typically has the two slices.
Go to the S Garland Rd McDonalds instead, the one over there that’s by the parking lot where the old Hypermart used to be. They aren’t perfect (It’s still McDonalds) , but the food is a lot better, and we haven’t had many issues with the staff. The prices are...
Read moreWow! My mind was blown and definitely not in a good way. I have never experienced such appalling customer service before. If I could give this store zero stars I would, that's how awful my last visit was. Imagine getting breakfast and receiving a sour and aggressive attitude while trying to place an order and then being told to go elsewhere if you don't like the service. This woman yelled at me as if she was selling food out of her grandmother's kitchen. Had we been in a cartoon, a pair of angry spitting lips would've have burst through the speaker. It was so foul and unfortunate that another employee had to complete taking our order. All of this being done by a manager(so she claimed) no less! Shocking. My husband even asked her if "the manager" if that's how she starts her day with all of her customers. It was 6:30am and not busy at all so why the venom. The food did come out fast and warm, but after getting into a verbal altercation with an employee would you believe that your food was made to the highest standard of quality? I doubt it. I hate to paint an entire store and it's employees with one negative brush, however after the service I received, I would give this store a complete miss. Upon reading some of the other reviews, it obvious that this store could use some employee training on customer service because most of the complaints are about staff with bad attitudes. Are the owners going to do something about it or continue to let it slide? Either way, I'm not bothered to find out. Find another McDonalds or try the other fast food establishments...
