Great location. Very nice people that work there. For some reason they still have the mask required sign on their door, but I didn't have a mask and they gave me no problems or harassment thankfully. Clean inside. No public bathrooms from what i could tell. Great options for food and dessert on menu. I had rocky road ice cream while i waited for my flat bread which all tasted great and prices were good also. Good to dine in or to take to go. They have a nice big screen TV and the dining area but unfortunately it was not on at the time of my visit. Everything tasted so good! We drove 30 minutes to try this place out & I would totally make the drive again. The quality of the food was really good, the pricing was on point and it came out pretty quickly. We bought the traditional elote, blue coconut raspa, bionico (fruit), Mexican pizza, hot cheetos with cheese, chicharrón preparado (got the chicharrón separate so it wouldnt get soggy on the way home) & agua de melón. I wanted to taste more stuff but we had already bought a lot lol My only complain was that they closed at 9 pm even though their app said 11 pm and Google Maps said 10 pm. I visited this place 3 times recently. A lady took my order all three times. The lady was friendly and professional, and my orders were fulfilled correctly.

The corn in the cup is good. The Boba tea is great. Unlike some other places, the Boba had a great texture and wasn't too cold. I have enjoyed a brown sugar milk tea and an Oreo milk tea.

The Horchata is excellent too and comes in a generously sized cup.

The pizza is okay. My one disappointment is the shaved ice, which I have tried twice. The menu is large and features a great variety of treats, so I still love the business despite the shaved ice being below my standards.
