Found them after looking for sectionals on Facebook market. Figured I would try a smaller owned business, boy do I regret that. They let me know they buy all of their furniture from the Ashley furniture wholesaler so I thought great it’ll be pretty good quality. We picked out a sectional we liked and they said they’d give us a deal if we wanted to get dressers from them too. We wanted black dressers and found some in the magazine they had that we liked. Paid $1650 after tax and delivery fees for a sectional and 2 dressers. I left happy to support a small business and looking forward to my new furniture which I chose to get delivered 3 days later. Upon delivery they dropped off all the furniture in the boxes and wrapped up in the living room and just left. The couch pieces were sitting up on end leaving me to take it out of all the packaging lower the massive pieces and set it up. Okay no biggie. Couch comes out good other then it missing the hardware to put the legs on. Dressers, not so great. They were the complete wrong size from what was in the magazine. Over a foot shorter in height in the one dresser and a foot shorter in length on the other. The boxes they came in had smaller dimensions then what we had ordered. I call them up and let them know there just be something wrong and they ask me to bring both dressers back to the store before 5pm so they can call the supplier. I live 35 min from the store and both dressers don’t fit in one car. So 4 days later in a Saturday when I can get there on time we drive two cars 35 min to bring back these dressers. After we paid $50 for delivery in order to avoid this. We get to the store and they offer us a comparable in size dresser set for an additional $100. I stated I will not be paying more considering I had to move the furniture back here myself and because we had paid for dressers of that size to begin with. After numerous disagreements and constantly getting talked over by the employee Sam. They agreed to waive the $100 but said it would be 7-10 days until delivery but they’d call us Monday to let us know a specific date. Monday comes and no call. I call Thursday and they claim it’ll be ready early the following week. I call Monday the following week and they said about 3-5 more days. I call three days later and they say tomorrow morning (Thursday). I call Thursday afternoon and they say it won’t be until that night. Finally I get a call from the movers and they end up being an hour later then they told me on the phone. This time I specifically ask then to unwrap everything so we can make sure it is correct. Upon unwrapping we find the leg is chipped, the drawers on the one dresser are worn around the edges with the paint coming off and the other dresser the top drawer is crooked and the bottom drawers won’t close without lifting up the one above it. The movers did the best they could to make adjustments but overall couldn’t fix much. So after 18 days I got a couch without hardware for the legs and two damaged dressers for $1650. It was too good to be true 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 they sell you items for a price and then the finance company ends up charging twice for the furniture, and you ask the seller if there's any interest in 3,6,9,12 months and he says I quite "no interest at all, you can pay it off in the time you want to interest" it was too good to be true. Not happy with this store at all they are not honest with the people at front. This sectional was for my mom's house and she broke her foot in September and she still in recovery and there's no way she can pay it off in 90 day they are saying that there's no interest Wich they are still charging an extra fee. Really upset and disappointed on the way...

He lied and told us one thing about the furniture coming the next day Saturday and then said it will be here Monday. We called to get an update at the ending of Monday evening. Instead of calling a customer to keep them up updated he starts yelling and asking us if we want to switch orders. Sketchy sketchy man. Call ended with him hanging up. Never again! On top of that he kept insisting he can cancel the order, when we finally agreed he acted like a child, he said I will not cancel the order! How absurd! One thing he did correct is keeping a potential customer away....
