UPDATE 8/16 around 1pm the 2 girls that are working today shouldn't be working in the service industry. Both had an attitude like they didn't want to help nor be there. One was standing at the register doodling on receipt paper and didn’t care at all there was a customer standing in front of her. These 2 employees definitely need to be retrained.
3/16/2025 Because of the new 3 guys at this location. It has gotten way better, and im going back to 5 stars from being at 1 star for over a year. Have been back the last few weeks because this location has got its crap together again. Juan, Damion, and I dont know the other guys name, but they have all made this location doing a complete turnaround for the best! Keep up the great work!
I'm so not happy with this location anymore! Where did the old crew go!? The employees like Andrew and the other girl Shelby, I think. They took pride in the job and also were great with the customers. This location has a lot of employee's that are not trained and do not care! I walk in with another employee helping another customer and out from the back walks another young man who let out a sigh as he saw me and his body language told me he did not want to help me as if he was being put out of his way. I said hello and how are you? And he just ignored that and mumbled something that I could only make out as what can I get for you. I am not dealing with rude and lazy workers so I said "you know what, never mind I am good" and walked out. I know the manager of this location who is the same manager of the location at northwest and Centerville and i have to say there is a stark difference between this location and that one and the northwest and Centerville store is staffed with great employees but this location has two particular morons working there. Read moreI am disgused by the behavior I just experienced. I tried to call the restaurant for help with a mixed up UberEats delivery. Our driver either picked up or was handed the wrong food. I wasn't sure how much they could do, but figured it was worth trying. The Subway employees let the phone ring for four minutes before someone picked up. I began explaining my situation and was promptly hung up on. I called again, and after a few minutes they answered but no one spoke (probably just wanted to stop the ringer). I said "Hello" a few times, so they hung up. I cannot believe the employees working today think that this is an acceptable way to interact with a customer. If their hands are tied and can't help me, all they need to do is say so. I understand and accept that they might not be able to fix the issue.
