I came through the drive thru on 12/22 around 6:30 pm and the young lady at the window was extremely passive aggressive it caught me off guard. I waited at the speaker box for a while for her to take my order, when she was ready I couldn’t hear her, I apologized, and then she proceeded to yell my order back to me in a nasty tone. When I got to the window, she was very smug and took a while to give back my credit card which I thought was fishy.. I didn’t receive a receipt so I checked my account because the girl was acting sus.. and I was over charged. Wasn’t an insane amount but 24 dollars for a beef and cheddar and Dr Pepper? When I came back around, the girl’s attitude was overwhelmingly friendly and she insisted that she took care of the refund instead of the manager. That made me feel even more sketched out and so I feel as if she over charged me on purpose because I upset her when I couldnt hear her at the box. Not sure what her angle was or if it really was an honest mistake but I didn’t trust handing her my card again. My gut was right about checking my bank statement though.. The experience was extremely draining and I don’t even expect exemplary service in fast food but the girl handling the money was super shady and nasty. I won’t be returning and I hope that they have a system in place for proper cash handling so future customers don’t feel the need to cancel their credit cards after...
Read moreYour experience at this Arby’s will completely depend on who is working at the time. There’s an amazing crew who is fast, polite, and worthy of the full 5 stars. However, you’ll know when you hit the other crew because the drive thru will be wrapped around the building, the person taking your order will make sure you know that they don’t care about your order or their job, the person at the window will continue to act like you’re an annoyance, the drinks will be covered in soda from being overfilled and not being wiped down, and after waiting 15-20 minutes for all of this you have a 75% of your order being wrong or put together so poorly that you’ll regret ever having stopped. I have many examples (unfortunately I love Arby’s and this is the only one close to me), but one of the most obvious example’s of how little the bad crew cares is the night I ordered a Market Fresh Wrap. I got home and pulled my “wrap” out and it was a flat tortilla with tiny bits of some of the ingredients sloppily thrown on, and then the person prepping this insult of a “wrap” just slapped another sheet of wrapping paper on the other side. Clearly this should have been caught before it was ever put in my bag, but no one on the bad crew cares about anything at all, and they take immense joy in letting you know that. I feel bad for the good team because they’re so great at...
Read moreOkay so it's Arby's, first of all, we all know they have a corporate top down policy to instruct all of their workers to NEVER include the sauces to any side item, that means Bronco berry sauce, marinara sauce, etc. In fact I am convinced they take it out of the actual Arby's worker's paycheck if they include it. That being said, I visited this Arby's in person because I wasn't feeling like being jerked around. I entered, ready to assert myself, if necessary. A super cute man who was obviously working extremely hard was at the helm, working his little tuckus off. His second in command, a nice young man with a mild smile took my order. I watched as everything was prepared, hot and fresh, HOWEVER...I literally heard the young man say "she wants her Bronco Berry sauce (for the jalapeno bites)" to the girl who fried the bites and she retorted "well you can get it then"! So there is definitely something weird in the Arby's culture about refusing people's sauces. Nevertheless, this experience for me was amazing. The food was delicious, this young man gave me all the horsey sauce I could dream of, and I cannot wait to visit them all again for another...
