I honestly wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. This place and experience was HORRIBLE. The staff were rude, arrogant, and beyond disrespectful. We ordered some bread with sauce cups...since that's the only way that we eat them. We ordered online so that our daughter could pick it up on her way home. The quoted time was 15-20 minutes. She ended up waiting for an hour. She said that no one was working, and one person just stood around complaining about how they didn't want to be there and should just go back home. Then she gets home...no sauce. I called the store and complained, explaining that without the sauce, the bread was useless. They told me that they were crediting my account with the amount for the sauce, but everything else was as ordered and wouldn't be refunded. I told them that the entire meal was ruined, to which the reply was "sounds like a YOU problem". I asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold, and then disconnected. I called back, and was told that the manager was on a break, and that "I running it the best I can while she's gone". I asked if the individual was a manager, and he said "nope". I asked for the franchise number so that I could advise of them basically playing with no supervision and being rude to everyone. He told me to go online and complain to Dominos corporate. I asked why he wouldn't give the franchise and was told, "yeah...I don't think so...bye." and was hung up on again. I filled a grievance online, but heard nothing back. We will never return to this location, and I am also encouraging others not to...to include group orders. I promise...this is not the place that wants your business. I have never had any problems before; and I have ordered numerous times from this location. Not sure if they have new management, but today I was VERY disappointed with their service.
I placed an online order and the website didn't give me a full confirmation that the order was placed. So, I called the restaurant to verify that the order was indeed sent to the restaurant, since I confirmed that they charged my debit card. When I called, I was immediately placed on hold (this is very common for Dominos, so I won't complain about that). After about 2-3 minutes, a rep picks up the phone and I explained the situation. He was clearly struggling with the computer/system there, and started asking some non-sense questions. Then he said "the order didn't go through"... I asked why my card was charged and if I can just cancel it and re-order online. He didn't respond and continued to check on the computer. I asked if he needed any additional information, but he will not reply. After several minutes (around 15 minutes) then he confirmed that the order was there. Then I waited for at least 50 minutes before the order got to my house.
Not complaining about the delivery time (since this was on a Sunday afternoon during the NCAA season). However, my suggestion to you is: ORDER ONLINE ONLY and hopefully you don't have to call in the restaurant! This is too bad, since I do like Dominos and I guess I am stuck with this...

I noticed everyone gets the same message below the review so itās probably just automated, attempt to look like serious attempts of some kind of real service , itās apparently not. And yeah, one can say itās just some cheap pizza, itās really not so cheap anymore. I know my average order for a small family would eat most of $100 easily. Thats not forget about it money, yet look at the treatment we get. That picture below Lacy left, thatās the norm for me too. We have to demand better for our money than this
I live right behind this location, Mcullers Walk. Iāve tried several times to order from here and every single time the food takes hour or more to arrive, itās cold, the word āextraā means less apparently. Iāve had to go pickup my order several times as part was missing. The employees are rude and nonchalant about their service and whatever you may have wrong with the order. They literally donāt care at all, bluntly say they do not answer the phone and will not ever answer the phone. The place is prob the worst pizza place Iāve ever ever ever dealt with.
