Ordered a 16 piece family meal with no thighs online. When I arrived at the restaurant, I specifically told them I did not want any thighs. Cashier was friendly standing at the counter. You can see the chicken that they already had pre-cooked in their oven. I told them I wanted hot fresh chicken and did not mind waiting to order came to $46.04. I had already paid for the food and added 10 poppers to the meal waited patiently after receiving my order I inspected my bags in the dining room of KFC. I open my bucket of chicken to my surprise. It was hard Dry and old. I said to myself, I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. I went back to the counter, explained to the cashier that I paid for and specifically asked for hot fresh chicken and did not mind waiting for it to be cooked. She called the manager to the front. I showed her the dried out bones that were showing in the chicken that they tried to serve me, she apologized through that chicken in the trash and I assume they were preparing hot fried chicken. I went outside to check a couple of emails and give them time to prepare my food. The cashier then wait for me to come back in about 15 minutes later I opened the bucket and it was very hot so I assumed they cooked hot fresh chicken by the time I arrived home set the table to serve dinner to the family. We took the chicken out and it was dry and hard again. I was absolutely livid normally when we order online we patronize the KFC near capital Boulevard in Raleigh, North Carolina, but this time I made the mistake of going to the location on 70 highway in Garner, North Carolina absolute nightmare I have been a KFC customer the majority of my life and this food in no way represents anything That Colonel Sanders dedicated his entire life too. This was the worst KFC I ever had in my entire life that manager needs to be replace because she intentionally gave out old dry chicken. I think they pre-cook their chicken so when they have a dinner rush, they’re not backed up, but I think it’s too many hours early because as I said before, I wouldn’t have served this chicken to my dog so just a heads up when you’re paying close to 50 bucks for a meal, please inspect your food to be served to your family. During my first visit, I ordered one combo with two thighs and a drumstick, and another with two breasts and a wing. Upon checking my order, I realized the drumstick and wing were missing. I returned to the store, and a staff member apologized and provided the missing pieces.
On my second visit, I ordered two identical 3-piece combos, each with two thighs and a drumstick. After picking up the order and checking it, I noticed that both meals were missing one thigh each. I went inside again to address the issue. This time, the staff member initially insisted I had ordered a 2-piece and a 3-piece combo, which was incorrect. After I clarified, she tossed the missing pieces into the boxes without making eye contact or offering an apology.

Read moreIt was awful, just awful. I waited for 24 minutes in the drive through after I placed my order for 2 Chicken potpie's and a 2 piece combo with green beans. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me at 9:25 pm. The lady in the vehicle in front of me exited her vehicle and walked to the window in an attempt to get her order quicker but that didn't work so she went back and sat in her vehicle for 10 more minutes. When I finally got to the window the young lady apologized for things taking so long. I asked her if they normally ask drivers to pull up if their order isn't ready and she said that was part of the problem. Things only for worse when we got home to eat. The food was all and i mean all cold. The green beans where in a bag by themselves and the lid wasn't on all the way so they spilled out. My Chicken potpie had 3 small pieces of chicken and 1 bone in it. It had a good taste but when it's called "chicken potpie" shouldn't it have more than 3 pieces? Very disappointed...
