2024 update HORRIBLE STILL manager with yellow teeth is rude and not helpful I PUT IN 2019 update May :After moving to the area one year ago I fell obligated to use this as my go to location considering I live off of Fayetteville Road and itâs a five minute drive this will continue to be the worst McDonaldâs I have ever been to I appreciate the renovation but it does not Disguise the lack of horrible service I noticed it is the same manager that has been there since I moved she is a heavyset Caucasian woman that always wears a plaid T-shirt with brown hair she has absolutely no customer service goes Iâve had several incidences she seems very clueless or need some more training some of the staff can be nice and sweet I think this manager needs to go. They continue to fail providing good customer service messing up orders not greeting customers which is a big major issue for me especially from a manager
One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to I came to get breakfast this morning in order two coffees and two big breakfast platters when I drove up to the window they had my order incorrect but yet they had correct after I made the order so when I approached the window they had my orders in two separate transactions both the manager and employees were acting confused like they did not know what to do they looked completely clueless after receiving my food and the employee taking a long time with my card she hands me both receipts and charged me twice I then had to pull over and go inside of the store and get a refund the manager and employees at work here at so completely clueless everybody has a blank expression on their face like they do not know what they are doing it is so inconvenient to go through drive-thru to get a quick breakfast and to deal with something like this that shouldn't be too hard to take orders and swipe the card they need to not only renovate this McDonald's but get some more experienced employees with management customer service experience I will not be returning to this McDonald's in addition my biscuits are both Brown and burnt horrible...
   Read moreThis is the second time I've stopped by since the reopen. Service the first time was slow, but today was telling.
Waiting in line at drive thru was not unusual, not unexpected. But upon pulling up to place my order there was nobody apparently taking orders. I waited a couple of minutes, and also spoke aloud to see if anyone could hear me. Then I just assumed the devices weren't operational. Moved up to the payment window and there was nobody present there, but I could see employees through the window. Okay, I'm just order ahead at the pick up window. I get to the pickup window and I was met with an incoherent (mumbled) greeting. I indicated there was nobody taking orders at the speaker or the other window. She replied with "whatcha want?" I provided my order as she walked towards a register to enter it into the system. Came back and told me the total, to which I handed my card. She came back and have me the receipt and card. I said "thank you". A brief moment later she came to the window and handed my the bag with another garbled message and the window closed. I sat there and looked in the bag to confirm my order, saw the napkins and the right food, napkins, but no straw. She returned again and opened the window with a curious look, but said nothing. I asked for the drink, she handed it to me and as she was closing the window again I asked for a straw to which she then handed one to me. I said "thank you" again as the window was closing.
I expect there are some bumps in the reopen, but I would think customer service would have been training in day 1 or 2 before putting someone out to interact with guests. It was truly an off...
   Read moreThis Friday night staff DECEMBER 6 was the worst ever they couldn't find my mobile order in the drive thru so I went inside only to find the back of the house dancing and playing while no one doing their jobs! The managerial staff appeared nonexistent the staff that was working didn't really have a clue on what to do! The food was slung together I had the mcrib and it was horrible the bread was stale and the rest was old and not even close to fresh! This was at six o'clock not late this is prime time on a Friday for dinner! I have lived by this place for the past 5 years and have seen it do nothing but decline! The morning weekend staff is usually pretty good they have one young lady that works almost every weekend and she is always nice and very courteous and tries her best to help anyway she can! Need more like her and better management at this location!!! Had to give it a 1 star so I could post! Adding to this don't know why but went back tonight January 31 2025 and once again staff was horrible and manager just as bad orderd thru the app took 30 mind to get my food then went to check it all 4 fries upside down ask the manager what's wrong with this picture she said oh there sideways no there upside down!! Same night manager ad always they need to definitely need to replace her and get someone who can train staff properly oh btw they made an ice cream cone and Sunday let it sit on counter for 20mins no one claimed it so they just let it melt away same counter they put your food on@ that's so smart!! Pass on this place at night until they change manager and train staff have lived near this place for 5 years soo don't think this...
