So let me start by saying that my waiter Daniel P did a great job at his part of the deal his support team was horrible from the; food runners, kitchen staff, expeditor, and the blonde manager Cassie I believe is her name. My children's orders both came with "fresh" fruit but when we got them the oranges seemed dehydrated and Strawberries were pale mushy and had MOLD. I asked for the manager and Cassie came out when we told her and showed her she giggled and said "would you like me to bring out some fresh cut fruit" followed by "we can comp you a drink or get you a free dessert ". Service 101 offer an apology for serving up something that should have been in the trash not on my kids plate,.and then take it from there, instead of leading with a giggle as if it were something cute.. The waiter checks on us and is doing his thing we ask for the check and look it over,.big surprise no discount. I ask for the manager And instead of her coming out. I was sent another server who told me that my waiter Daniel had been sent home, giving me the impression that he was being blamed for the mistakes that were going on, when that was not the case. Finally, the manager does come out having had taken $20 off of the bill and offered up three $20 gift cards. The problem here lies in the fact that being a first time visitor to the outback. I am left with a God awful taste in my mouth, No pun intended, due to the lack of sincerity and caring, especially so from management. It is not always about the money. I can go and spend the same if not more at the Longhorn or Texas. Roadhouse, the main issue lies in the extreme lack of customer service. It's funny how the wait staff knew the right thing to do was to apologize. And yet not once did Cassie the blonde manager say sorry, this is about something that could be way more expensive than a meal or $60 in gift cards. What if my children had eaten it, what if I hadn't noticed and instead of writing this review I was sitting in the ER because of Food Poisoning, It is extremely dangerous and more so in smaller Children. I would hate to be the person/s business responsible for something like that and having the Outback Steakhouse name on the news for something like that more so when it's completely avoidable. This is something that should be dealt with from a management and owner level. It is Irresponsible and Negligent, just to think how many sets of eyes it made it passed. Then I ask for a drink from the bar. And in all its irony, it gets served with yet another dehydrated looking orange wedge in the drink. Talk about adding insult to injury....
Read moreService and management were very courteous. Appetizers & steaks were delicious. My wife & daughter ordered the soup & salad. They got their salads and our very friendly server asked if they just wanted their soup (one chili and one baked potato soup) when my & my son-in-law's entrees came out. They agreed that was a good idea. We ate our appetizers and salads, and when we got our entrees (from a different server who must have been helping out.. they seemed pretty busy), the soups were not there. We assumed that the soups would be right out since the server had had her hands full with our entrees. About five minutes later, another server came to ask us if we had everything we needed, and we told her that the ladies still needed their soups. A couple minutes later, a manager came to our table and apparently thought we had complained or asked for her, and she assured us the soup would be right out. About 5 minutes later she came to the table again (this whole time the men at our table were waiting to eat until our wives had their soup, so things were not as hot any more) and she said the soup was taking longer and they needed to get it heated up and said it would be two more minutes maybe. Our wives told us just to go ahead and eat. Ten minutes later, still no soup, and no explanation. At this point we needed to leave to get to a concert on time, so we asked our original server who was finally able to make it back to our table to just take the soups off the bill and we had to go. She apologized and brought the bills, and the two soup & salads had been removed. As we signed our receipts and got up to leave, it had been about 45 minutes since the soups had been ordered, and we never got any further explanation as to why they never came out. The server who handled our cards when we paid said we could call the number and we would get some free appetizers. It just was not a good experience, my wife & daughter left Outback hungry after being there for an hour. Not planning on returning to...

My wife ordered the blue cheese pecan chopped side salad. Couldn’t taste the blue cheese vinaigrette and they didn’t make it with the blue cheese crumbles as described. I ordered the Big Bloke beer but the bartending staff was too busy talking and cutting limes to notice that they were supposed to provide a customer with a beer.
While waiting For the beer, i had drank my water and had the glass waiting on the edge of the table. After 12 minutes my daughter brought it to his attention so he finally filled my drink but I never received the beer.
My daughter’s steak was supposed to be prepared medium rare but it came out well done. So we sent the steak back to have them cook it correctly. My wife’s steak was also ordered medium rare but it came out raw and cold in the center. Both my daughter and her split the steak rather than wait for one to be prepared correctly.
My Kookaburra wings were good but they came with an extra dose of grease, (see picture) which is different from the way I normally receive them.
I canceled the beer and waited for another 10 minute refill of water. I had to remind the waiter that my wife was to get cheesecake and the waiter said he planned on bringing it out at the end of the meal.
This was pretty funny as we had silverware and napkins on our plates waiting for the check. I don’t normally look at the check to verify it being correct but I did decide to do it this time.
They tried charging me for the steak that was sent back and the one she ordered. I asked why they were going to charge me for a steak that we sent back and he replied that they normally take it off when they charge my card. I told him that I wanted it corrected before I gave them my card. He did bring back a corrected copy.
I didn’t try complaining to the manager or sending a complaint to their website as I am not trying to get anything for free but I want to let people know...
