I wanted to like this place a whole lot more than I ended up liking it. I had heard a lot of very good things about the place and the food they serve there. But alas I was disappointed with the meal that I got three. Maybe it was because I posed a to go order over the phone and maybe the lady didn't hear me correctly but I ordered their steak dinner medium well and when I got home I cut the steak down the middle and it was totally red all the way through dripping with blood. Not the slightly pink center I wanted by far. I didn't even eat it. Now maybe you could say that's my fault for not checking it at the restaurant but I'd counter that I shouldn't need to, either the order was put in wrong or the chef cooked it the complete opposite of which I ordered it. When we first walk in, it was one room with Tables. The tables all taken up with quietly talking people and a dirty table near the front door. The server, even though already busy, addressed us and let us know she was about to clean off a table for us. karrie with a K 😄 was the nicest server who always kept our drinks full and can make a hell of alcohol drink. We got a sangria, long island, and 3 Washington apple shots. The shots looked more like drinks but we're amazing. Great Taste and tipsy feeling lol. The price for 3 adults. Alcohol, appetizer, dinner, and 2 orders of the (amazingly yummy) cauliflower bites to go 112$. Definitely recommend giving the place a try! Hole in the wall restaurant for sale. Delighted with the diet A&W. Lobster bisque was creamy, hot, with some lobster ground up pieces, but bland, perfect for low sodium diets. Not much flavor, no mushrooms, celery or other flavors. Had a top steak, that was 3/4 tender and cooked properly medium. It was seared and char broiled good. Baked potato was large and tender. Green beans were not seasoned. Seemed to be canned. Didn't have dessert. Not highly impressed here. Needs more seasoning in the food, although it is for sale. Perhaps the owner has lost flavor in the place. Try a rib eye and season the vegetables with something. Don't have to use salt. Overall, steak decent and potato best part. Keep trying. Ohh,...
