My experience with this location is far worse than any of the other reviews below. Unlike those reviews, which seem to be based on a single bad encounter, my frustrations have been building over months of consistently terrible experiences. Let me be clear: this location has absolutely no regard for its employees, which is exactly why the service is as appalling as it is. They flat-out refuse to invest the necessary time and effort into properly training their staff, leaving employees clueless and unprepared. It’s a joke, really—a painful, frustrating joke.
Every time I come here, it’s the same chaotic scene: 10 staff members on duty, with half of them standing around like lost puppies, doing absolutely nothing useful. And don’t get me started on the evenings—two people working, one of them permanently glued to the phone at the register. Who’s running this circus? Upper management, that’s who, and they deserve every ounce of blame for the incompetence on display.
But the most infuriating aspect of this company is their absurd devotion to the outdated “customer is always right” mantra. Let me break it down for you: if a customer demands their order or a refund and gets exactly what they asked for, that should be the end of the story. Instead, it somehow spirals into a ridiculous corporate complaint, painting the poor representative as rude. Newsflash: being assertive and responsive isn’t rude—calling someone rude for doing their job is, and it’s disgusting.
It’s no wonder this place has a revolving door of employees. They hire people as favors for friends—people who clearly couldn’t handle a job if their lives depended on it. And the result? No leadership, no structure, and an unending cycle of bad service. Holding onto incompetent staff who constantly screw up only makes things worse, but apparently, this is the kind of mediocrity this company thrives on.
The only saving grace of this location is Alex. Alex is the rare gem in this mess of mediocrity—a dedicated, hardworking individual who actually cared about the customers and the team. He has an uncanny ability to remember customers’ orders and genuinely makes an effort to ensure the operation stayed afloat when everyone else was floundering. Alex is present when no one else was willing to show up, doing the work of several people just to keep things running. If there’s anyone this company should valued, it was him. To lose someone like Alex is proof that management has no idea what they’re doing and doesn’t deserve good employees.
Oh, and don’t think I’ve forgotten about mobile orders. If mobile orders are dragging service standards into the gutter, then here’s a revolutionary idea: set up a dedicated station with staff whose only job is to handle mobile orders. That way, customers who actually make the effort to walk in off the street won’t feel like they’re being punished for existing.
This location is a complete and utter disaster, and it’s beyond frustrating. It’s time for upper management to wake up and fix the mess they’ve created—or just close the...
Read moreI frequently go to this location but its next to my nail place. It always seem puzzling how ALL, yes I said ALL staff seem like its their first day on the job. They lack speed at the register and worse when asked to pack donuts. The employees stand around while a line wraps around the standion and out the door. Today was more interesting than others as I next in line and watched an employee deliberately ignoring customers waiting to straighten out the donut trays and organize inventory. MIND BLOWING! once she was given a sandwich order she stopped but never to look up from what she was doing to see about 12 customers in line watching her while shaking there heads in confusion. Always a bad customer experience and thought to share so that the owner can understand the issue. Customer...
Read moreThis Dunkin is a lot bigger and more spacious than some of the other DD's in the area. Tables are spread out on opposite sides of the entrances for social distancing. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and enjoyable to sit and have a calm breakfast. They were a little slow with my mobile order, I still had to a few minutes after arriving.
Unfortunately the bathrooms are blocked off to customers during covid. A shame that they cannot property sanitize for even paying customers to use especially when drinking coffee can create a need to use...
